I have won a lot in airdrops. But now there are fewer and fewer good airdrops.

Now I never participate in airdrops, because many times it is a waste of time. I prefer to spend time on research projects

The most valuable airdrop I got was UNI.
It's a pity that I sold it early.

This airdrop is among the few that have paid much in recent time this is because so many of the airdrops around now are worth nothing because the team failed.

last time I remember getting airdrop from blockchain when doing KYC. if I remember correctly, it was around $20. however, it's not the most expensive airdrop I've ever had. I've also been getting quite a lot of payments from steller.

From your list I just got it from UNI and sold it at a price that wasn't too high, at that time 400 UNI was still around $ 1400. This is the first biggest airdrop that I managed to get and followed next  month with another airdrop. 2020 2021 really good years earnings from airdrop. My best earning from UNI,SFP,TKO and some project based on solana chain.

To be honest, I haven't made a lot of money on airdrops. Mostly five or ten dollars maximum. More often than not, these were worthless coins. Now I have stopped doing airdrops, and I am doing bounty, since there is more benefit.

honestly i am never work in airdrop program anymore since have another regular job , i am just working in bounty campaign which is only take my time around 1 hours. but in the past i got alot reward from airdrop , just look at EBTC, MBRS , UNI and many others which is could give me above $500. today airdrop program be good opportunity again for us if we have patient and didnt give up when met scam projects.

I myself only participate in airdrop which is if that's good. like SFP and TKO, I get quite a lot from there. as well as from UNI last year. after that, I didn't get much.

Can't tell you that because, since 2018 I've never heard an airdrop having a good market value but most (all) of them are turn to just shit and worthless. But since these two airdrops are already listed in an exchange that something gives some hopes that someday it has a market value and tradable. But, I wanna tell you that don't get expect a higher value with them, if you have received it already and can be traded, don't hesitate to sell them.

The biggest airdrop reward I get is icp，but it's worthless now.

when I hear people say they got a big airdrop prize then I never feel jealous because I believe they are just lucky. 90% of the airdrop tokens in my erc20 wallet are trash and have no value.

Most I've ever earned from an airdrop was $1,400 DAI from the PoolTogether drop when POOL governance token was first launched.

I have received a lot of valuable airdrops in the past, and now I see a lot of new coins, or the new airdrops have no important value. There are also many airdrops some time ago. Some scammers remind everyone to be careful about airdrops. Airdrops are rarely trusted now.

The LON airdrop that I only got was not too big which made a big surprise, only 2 UNI, and 1INCH airdrops. There are many scams under the guise of airdrops. Such as data theft, private key theft, and referral fraud.
As technology advances, fraud has also become more sophisticated. This activity is also one of the modes most often used by fraudsters in the crypto world.

Not feeling confident with those coins you mentioned though. The volume is just a bit off.
Shiledex somehow increases a lot right now, but I am still skeptical if it could be just a pump and dump coin.
Either way, if you're talking about airdrops anyway. I already had my worst experience trying to get phished in airdrops, so I will pass on those airdrops.

My friends were able to earn huge amount of money from these airdrops especially UNI. While I regret not joining on these because I don't really believe in these airdrops and thinks that it is just a waste of time. Earning from airdrops is not easy because it's hard to find an airdrop that will really pay you. There are tons of airdrop on crypto but only a few are real which makes it like winning a lottery if you are able to receive huge amount from those airdrops.


It's not bad joining these airdrops as long as you have time to do their tasks and they don't ask for money yet. No one knows, maybe someday it will bring you some good amount of return.

Yes, but you can still earn through Airdrops on the Binance exchange if you know how, because on the Binance exchange there are many things that their users can do, be it to trade as they wish, or to airdrop for those who are lucky.

I earned enough with airdrops during 2017 but things have changed and to be honest, airdrops nowadays would only waste your time. Airdrops these days would ask you lots of personal information and will also ask you to do lots of tasks but will end up with nothing. As for me, it's better to grab or join other opportunities that crypto could offer rather than airdrops which most of the time are scams.

I got paid from the last Air drops maybe about 3 years ago, at that time there were still a lot of good Air drops, and now with so many Air drops that are scams at this time maybe many people and including me are reluctant to participate again. although there are some good Air drops at this time with a hefty fee I personally don't follow them anymore because of many disappointments in the past.
and for Air drops DYDX and ShieldEX I see it is very good with very enthusiastic followers, I think it has a very big opportunity to make money.

Unfortunately, I missed these high-potential Airdrops. I heard late about these airdrops but in late 2017 I earned quite good money from the airdrops but after that time period, I was not lucky enough to get the huge rewards from the airdrop. dYdX has good trading volume so it has a good chance of rising and ShieldEX has a hugely supportive community but the trading volume is very less at the moment so can not say much about it.

That's really amazing, but you also have to realize that this kind of thing will never happen a second time because Airdrop programs like that are very rare to find, so they can't be used as the main benchmark now.

None because i never participated in any of those mentioned, For me it is a waste of time though some airdrops really pays , but majority is a Bullshit scam so why waste my time when i can earn in something worth spending my time?

Apart from the above mentioned airdrops, then when airdrops were to be airdrop, it really pays alot.
i have around thousands from airdrop but recent i have barely gain any from it, what they do is to boost their group airdrops but after which nothing will come out of it, even if you get paid it end up being peanuts whereby gain to move it will the problem involve.

Every year the results of Airdrops are always different because not all Airdrops can generate thousands of dollars and only a few can, so there is no specific benchmark for each Airdrop, either in the past or at present.

Airdrops are indeed promising, I like to participate in airdrop programs, and I earn around $100 from around 50 airdrops, this is because most airdrop programs draw winners randomly, so many fail.

Might call BS on that one, unless you almost sold all your info to all of those KYC airdrops that are popping up before. Not sure if they're still a thing these days.

we never know which airdrop program will give us thousand dollar only by doing simple task. when we join in this program we should be ready to face worst scenario that we will get nothing. well, I also missed airdrops like UNI, even though it was a big airdrop. Currently, there is a contest that can be done on Binance by doing a spin. after all, it's very similar to an airdrop, and quite a number of people have gotten it. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything there.

Analyzing the project takes your time, and if you have no good knowledge about such project then it will be just wasting time even worst. How to make make participating in airdrop as something which is not wasting time? It is simple, just do it for fun on your free time and do not hope too much from the airdrops.

I also know about Uni's airdrop, an airdrop that created a huge surprise for the community when it was listed quite quickly on binance exchange, and with very active trading strategies, their value at the opening has reached a very high level and the participants in the airdrop have also become among the luckiest. Many old members have started participating in the airdrop again since the time of missing UNI, I couldn't resist this bonus either but quickly, the plan was canceled by the failed airdrops with low value

Well, unfortunately for me, I missed out on all the good airdrops that the op mentioned in his post, though I've earned some little amount on airdrops way back in the past, but non have been of any tangible worth like what people got from UNI and 1INCH airdrops. And also airdrops this days are nothing to depend on or write home about as most are just to grab peoples attention, and grow their telegram members and Twitter followers, I've personally quit participating in Airdrops of today cus they are clearly useless, most especially those hosted on telegram bots and Twitter form fillings.

You just mentioned like three coins from which people made profit. There are like thousands of airdrops taking place everyday. So, yeah. This means that you need to be very lucky if you want to make any profit from the airdrops. It's like collection trash and then getting very lucky. It's not worth it to be honest. You could be doing something more productive and be earning more on the process. So stop hunting for airdrops. It was profitable once upon a time. It now no longer is.

perhaps, they are just lucky to receive those airdrops you, me, and the others. Because the majority aren't receiving good airdrop but mostly are shitcoins.

I can remember last 2017 where airdrops on that days are good and have a market value where you can still sell it but nowadays, that seems to be worthless. Joining airdrops drops are just a waste of time and hopelessness, you can still receive them actually but the problem is it never listed to any exchanges, that still useless and makes no sense at all.

This is a real talk. Those that have been collecting a lot of airdrops and made it as their activity while they've got nothing else to do. It's difficult which of those will be worth it someday but maybe some of those will be worth $20, $100 or so. But the effort that you'll put into doing it isn't that much but you'll never know if all of them will be worth the time you've put. Well, as long as you've got too many spare time to do joining airdrops, that would be fine.

To be honest, I never got a good amount of money from joining airdrops. I think joining airdrops only for fun and got tokens to save for the long term. If we are lucky, the tokens' values can increase significantly like Dogecoin. However, if we join airdrops to earn a good amount of money just after receiving the rewards, it is rather difficult to happen. For example, it is already happening to me, I cannot tell you how much I got because they are a too small amount of money.  :D

 

that is wrong opinion if you thought airdrop only for fun and dev launched for free. there are alot airdrop program which is some of them could give us worthed reward if joining and doing some simple task. just look at several project which is come as airdrop program such as trustwalet, safepal and many project that become top project market.

I earned not more than $100. Back at 2017 theres a lot of airdrop in btalk but now it's very different, i think the last 5 airdrop i participated only 1 project give me the reward and the rest isn't give me the reward.

I only join airdrops from projects that work with big exchanges, such as binance, upbit. this is a matter of taste, because in my opinion most airdrops will only end in vain, sometimes rewards are not distributed as promised, distribution is postponed, until the news is forgotten.
only people who have great luck can earn big from airdrops, or those who focus on airdrops by taking advantage of a large community. everyone has a different passion right... so don't push yourself too much. I also joined the airdrop just for fun, but there are also those who maximize it to make a profit. depending on each other's efforts.

that's good enough for success ratio from airdrop program. due its easy task in airdrop program we should not complain if mosf of them be scamm project, just remember we didnt need to spend any money for participation. there are several airdrops that I have participated in in the last period. What is certain is that the results are good and some are not. for now I rarely follow airdrops anymore and I hope I can attend airdrops which are good so that the results are also good. when I took part in a good airdrop the competition was also fierce but the results were good. Apart from the airdrop, I am currently more focused on participating in the bounty campaign. I hope the results will be good so that my work will pay off.

Right.Trading and analyzing a project is a good thing for us to explore because airdrops or whatever are sometimes only temporary and only follow the hype, just like trying their luck because luck is also needed.  But if we are good at trading I think to get daily profit is quite easy as long as we are not greedy

Yes, the point is to always be grateful when you get paid a lot through Airdrops and don't hate Airdrops when in the end they become a scam, because the main thing Airdrops are Free and easy.

I only participated in some years back and sad that almost scam airdrop that comes my way and only received small amount from my participation.

only UNI from uniswap airdrop that give me worthed reward, and the rest maybe enough for daily needs. so far only uniswap that really give huge money for us, and it even could be bigger if hold it till highest price ever. most of receiver sell if on average price 3$ or get around $1200. imagine if they sold it at $15 , how much they will received it freely

but I'm still sure, those who work on airdrops also do a lot of bounties.
although the work system is definitely more tiring bounty, the demand is always a lot.

There are more than worse than that. Some would even attempt to steal your wallet from you through their phishing site. Not sure if not part of their team, but I only gave my email to the airdrop i joined long time ago then I just got emailed with their phishing site.

Newbie's luck for me back then cause I could have just let my private key get into their fake MEW website. I use the wallet file generated from the site which is the not recommended way and unsecured way as some hackers that could potentially get into one's pc could just snoop around and steal it.

someday you will find airdrop that will give you worthed reward, we  have to be patient while joining in airdrop program because most of them only give us around $5 to $10. if we are lucky we could find project give more than 50$ freely by doing simple task.

The best one was a long time ago, I have got a $2000 airdrop on UNiswap because of buying few new tokens for my friend. After the HYPE on the market, I sold UNI for a higher price and bought another potential project token. Usually, the rewards are less than $100 on many airdrops, so it is waste of time.

It is like lottery, maybe the OP will waste his time participating in useless airdrops before getting paid. In lucky case, he will be able to send airdrop tokens with lower fees which will be even less that total value of the sold tokens. Long story short, it doesn't worth time and energy to waste on airdrops.

It is true that usual airdrop rewards aren't that much so if it reaches to thousand bucks, that's already considered one of the biggest.

I can give you a little advice. Those airdrops' value will stay zero or very low (proper time won't come). Sometimes I think, if I can wipe out the whole airdrops. My wallet looks cheapest because of scam coins. UNI topics aren't the same. Airdrop and first time use cases are different. Those types of cases are very rare, almost 1-2 times in 4-5 years of time.

I participate in only give rewards of no more than $50, there are even some airdrops that require us to do KYC procedures. Therefore, if there is

The airdrops that i received back 2017-2018 are profitable not all but many of them i gained profits in participating with their airdrops. The largest that i gained is about $500 in just one single airdrop token that i received. Now i do not know if the airdrops token that i received will gained me profits because as i can see there is no changes with their movements and many of them have no value.

maybe what you follow more is airdrops from bad projects. or you just follow a telegram channel that publishes it.
remember, more airdrops are rubbish. and only some of the airdrops are worth it. Of course, what is feasible is a campaign from a project that is clearly in the market and has a community.

Back in 2017, I got thousands of dollars from REBL and NPXS. Unfortunately, I was on hiatus when those airdrops you mentioned happened so I got nothing. Currently, I try to test my luck again with airdrops, but what a shame from hundreds I just got pennies. Only a few that legit and the rest were scam projects. Airdrops now are pathetic. It's using a telegram bot and demanding referrals, worse they ask for fees, Ridiculous. I'm stopping to do any airdrops for now to contemplating my fate lol.

I am not interested in airdrops. Many times it feels like a waste of time. I always believe that what is given for nothing is not a good thing. It is better to participate in some reliable bounty programs. I will feel more comfortable if I get it through my own hard work. Because airdrops for good projects are also subject to conditions, and the difficulty of obtaining them is still relatively large.

Personally, for the current total results, I can't be sure. But for sure I've followed airdroo for quite a while and the results are also good. From these results, I became more and more excited to take part in the airdrop again, but now I think the results for the airdrop are less than satisfactory because I participated in a less-than-good airdrop. So right now I'm focusing on bounties and I think following bounties is also a profitable thing.

Surely those types of airdrops are rare and gem.

I don't intend to join any of them and I'm just hoping that those airdrop people will get a good amount of money with those projects that they join.

Most times I get information about airdrops a bit late when then whole process is ended I would really have a taste of how people earn from airdrops and what tasks are involved for each participant.

Have seen a hand full of persons who have made passive income from tokens generated from airdrops but haven't had the opportunity to partake in any at any given point in time.

This year the airdrop that gave me a lot of results was FROG (a token that uses the solana platform) even some projects that use solana also gave results that did not disappoint, BNB and ETH platform airdrop are now too many scams

I haven't earn a single cent from airdrops that I participated before as the amount I received is not enough to cover the amount that I will pay for the transaction fee so I didn't bother to sell the airdrops tokens. Theere is an airdrop from UNI which I did get $2000 and then deduct the amount I paid for the fee. About those tokens, I am not sure about both of it since I am not familiar with those two but i'll try to do some research about the two and see if it's worth our time to own portion of it.

What these new set of devs and their teams do now is to get personal emails and social media handles of those they find showing interest in the airdrop. At the end, they're likely to manipulate one out by saying one didn't complete certain media tasks. Again, following projects after the airdrop can be tiring as many of these projects end up swapping. So, those who aren't following them are likely to miss out as they swap to a new token. For me, airdrops aren't worth the time like we had it in the past

if its come from reputable project that have coorporation with popular exchanges , we will get worthed reward. Many existing project launched their airdrop program to keep their brand awarness and its be marketing part . joining in airdrop program have some advantages ,one of them was its not need much time to join there are alot project we could join in a day,.so it have possibility to find legit project.

Still, I can't remember the last when I got good airdrop rewards. Now my assumption airdrop is just full of shit. I did some many times waste on airdrops. I've been following the airdrop since 2018 and the longer the income from the airdrop is decreasing and most of the airdrops that I follow they don't deliver their promises. Now i have retired from airdrop and only focus on trading and bounty.

Unfortunately, i didn't get UNI airdrop for specific timeframe. I got 1 token of 1Inch and most of the airdrops joined last one year turned into scam or didn't pay any tokens or paid some project but worthless. DYDX and ShieldEX still haven't announced any upcoming airdrops but if team thinks to launch airdrop, it can happen. I am optimistic but no expecting big payment like UNI.

I have written this a few times in other threads. Airdrops are 99% not worth it nowadays. The days are gone when you could easily earn several thousand dollars a week with airdrops if you sold in time. Today most airdrops are just fake and the few really good ones set high requirements for participation or happen without notice, like Uniswap where only users got tokens who had made a transfer on Uniswap the last months. This was not announced, so many were surprised when they suddenly had tokens worth $1-2k in their wallet.

I got an airdrop from UNI I don't know the potential of these two exchanges if they are going to launch an airdrop I check the value and the volume and they are both ok these two projects lack marketing I'm sure some of us are not aware of these two exchanges but their features are interesting we have to look deeper to see it's potential as these two exchanges are unheard of.

I got many prices from airdrops. I think I got about 300$ to 400$ from airdrop but, now I have started work on bounties and, I have left work on airdrops but airdrops are best from the bounties, because we can get big profit from airdrop by doing some tweets or tweets  I think airdrops are best

Since I got into this community, airdrops hasn’t been a thing for me. Yes I have tried a few them, years back, and I never got paid from any after retweeting and doing all other stuffs that they required. So I left everything that has to do with airdrop and focused on other things. Then as of recent I also tried airdrops again through the Coinmarketcap.com earn program, and none of them paid, as usual lol.

But I do understand that they don’t reward everyone that participates, they just randomly select some people and then send them the tokens. That’s not something I am interested in any longer, because for me it’s a waste of time and energy if I am not going to be getting anything at the end. It’s best to focus on other things where I am sure of my reward.

I don't really recommend chasing airdrops, because in my opinion airdrops are just a waste of time and effort, because most airdrops have no value at all, in the end the coin has no price

please dont ever underestimate about airdrop program in market,i know  its really annoying because most of airdrop program were scam project. But some of them could give us worthed money if comparing with how easy to do airdrop program task. this program now be trend again , and many hunter prefer join in airdrop program due its easinest.

Recent airdrops takes more time to participate unlike in the past when it took few minutes only. Few years ago, airdrop was something easier than bounty because most airdrop asked people to provide address only or register to the website only but nowadays airdrops requires us to do some tasks like following social media accounts, share it, or even inviting friends. This is close to what we usually call by bounty.

If we look at the promised reward and the tasks, bounties is better but it is obvious that bounties can be a wasting time too if the project fails or turn to a scam at the end of the bounties. What you need to do is to spend your time wisely while participating in both airdrop and bounties. Do not hope too much that both will give you decent amount of money once you get the reward as you may regret it much if it is not as what you expected. Just take any bounties and airdrops as something to spend your spare time only and never consider it as something like a job or side job.

too many scam coin, my suggestion is to only participate in promising projects like UNI, 1inch, Lon, etc.

I actually want to get hear some experiences from people if they were able to participate in good airdrops this year. I don't really hear from airdrops anymore and many I shy away from since most are now suspicious in nature. Anyway, if you have some nice airdrop stories that you can share in this thread then many most of us want to hear from it and be able to try it also. I just don't want to use my real accounts on this so that I will be safe and at the same time I remain anonymous on their radar.

It depends upon the project, for a while i did consider staking as drops and there were times the returns were immense and even now i am staking a few coins, when it comes to pure airdrops i doubt there is anything that will earn you something as majority are dust transactions, but i started attending few AMA sessions of new projects and started winning giveaways and if you are following good projects it will reap you good rewards.

I'm less interested in the Airdrop program. Although not all Airdrop programs are bad. As long as I participate in the Bitcointalk forum, I have never participated in the Airdrop program.

I've been following some airdrops on my early days in crypto and apparently, I receive some good airdrops and I can make trade on the market with as decent value. But, if we compared this time, you can actually receive some of them however, you can't sell them as they are not yet listed on the market. That sounds like we are wasting time for them. And look, a lot of shitcoins around, and these airdrops added more to them.

Well about me, I used to join airdrops but then later realized that most of it is just a waste of time.  Airdrop on the earlier years are way better than airdrop today.  Those time, we just need to fill the form with our address and not required to do other thing such as joining telegram, retweeting certain number of times etc.

this year I only earned $350 from the airdrop of an exchange platform partnered with binance. because I haven't done bounties and airdrops for a long time. and focus more on day trading.
Attractive market conditions made me focus too much on the market and my trades and ignored some of the airdrop and bounty campaigns.

For my own airdrops, I rarely follow them, I myself prefer to follow the development of the project at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 even though the duration can be different from the campaign period.

I dont get any of thoose 3, its sad. My close friend get UNI last year and he use it to build a house, fantastic isnt it, suddenly he just get UNI in his wallet from his small transaction that he was forget when he did, and next week, boom, UNI skyrocket in the market, no one expect it, but this is the reality.
Being an airdroper is good sometimes, but for me, i dont have that big lucky until now, since january i only get about 100$, but i still believe ill be lucky next day, who knows.

I used to participate in a huge number of Airdrops, and for a long time. However, I never managed to earn any large sum of money from them.
At their peak, their total value reached $ 500, but then a bear market began and everything fell in price to $ 50.
