I guess for a start-up and you're still young, that's already a good stats. There is one thing that I've noticed that the other instant exchanges got and you don't have.
You don't have the chat box on the left so the users that have problems can immediately contact you through that box and don't have to email you. But since you're starting, I guess that you still don't have the customer support that will work on that position. Also, you haven't responded to my query of the terms and conditions. This should be one of the first things on your exchange even before you start business. What if an issue comes up. How will you resolve it minus the terms of service? Adjustments will be made to the maximum amount for instant swap to avoid any potential problems, our lawyer is working on the terms and conditions and it should be up very soon. |
