Title: [BabyDogeCoin] I got it ripped off my BabyDoge, I need help
Post by: asterob on July 13, 2021, 01:16:04 PM
Hello

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️😓😓😭😭

(I'm ashamed of my mistake, I don't need judgment)

I got ripped off by the NASCAR fundraising call.
I put almost all of my savings into the BabyDoge project almost from the start. This investment was to be used to pay for my children's school when they grow up. And there I lost 4'000'000'000'000'000 BabyDoge. I don't like to ask but if the community wants to help me go up the slope a bit for my children I would be very happy

Or do you know how to get them back?

Thank you for your help :'(

Babydoge is a shitcoin why you invest your money in it? and did you know what happened to dogecoin? Wake up mate because you're wasting money in it. And what i see right now in your address is you still have a masive amount of that coin. Did you really think about it and do you think that with no value coin can guarantee a massive profits after all? Indeed you're afraid to frauds but you're buying a shitcoin. Just imagine what happen to those coin the emerge after doge , they're gone mate..

I don't think this is a post about investing in shitcoin or a hack. He's not even ashamed he bought that token. It's like sending his tokens to a fake fundraising project with a promised return. He was scammed and it looks like he's not the only victim if you look at the wallet address he sent to.

...Or do you know how to get them back?
It's a very long shot but you could try to monitor the address of the scammer and asked help from the head of Binance. A tweet explaining your situation and tagging CZ could attract his attention.

Sorry for your loss but all those incoming funds are often moved to pancakeawap address which is also a decentralized exchange so no one can take control of those funds and one who scammed has all under his possession now. So literally there is no way to recover them and I don't know why people are still believing on the projects which promises them that they can make them a millionaire in a month. ???

Welcome to crypto 101.

Feels sorry for your loss, but you can't do anything things you can do just take this as experience and so in the future, you will not getting or falling this type of phishing or scam.  You can't get your fund back, already lost.

One things you should take as the season, never put a saving money or other thing you can't afford to lose.

I'm quite unhappy for you that you got ripped of by a shitcoin, and it's the actual baby of Doge. But shouldn't it be PuppyDoge?

Anyway, kidding aside. I hope you have learned your lesson towards investing in these types of meme coins that are not going to skyrocket in price only after a few months. Look at Doge, it rose in price and those who believed in the first place are rewarded. It took several years before there's a significant impact on the price action.

Or do you know how to get them back?
I hope you find a way to sell those coins. It's not that full of utility.

Bro haven't you heard invest only what you can afford to lose? how can you gamble with your children's future like that, besides if your children are not of age yet i think you still have enough time to work and save up for their school fees, you should have known that almost all the dogecoin related project are shitcoin and scams at best, i wish you best of luck in getting assistance from the community, times are hard because of pandemic and the current state of the economy.

I'm very sorry for that unfortunate incident, and I think you been victimized through Phishing, and if the transaction was done on DEX, I believe there is no remedy to recover it, I'm just wondering if that money is for your children and it was purposely intended for school payment then why did you invest it on a meme coin? I'm sorry to say this, but it was a very unwise move. you better learn your lesson now so that it will not happen in the future.

This is still the problem we have been talking about. People have lost the real idea behind investing in cryptocurrencies and have sort to getting Rich quick and even more worrisome is people now constantly Invest in what is obviously shitcoins/token whatever, what were you thinking investing what you cannot afford to lose in not even the top coins but shitcoins? I am sorry that this happened to you Bro but if people keep investing in these shit coins, this is what will happen. I definitely believe that you did learn from this.

First of all I am sorry for your loss as no one wishes that someone else losses money in this way, second you probably already know this but there is no way to get your coins back, this is simply the way this market was designed and there is no way around it, third you invested money you could not really afford to lose and this is a big no when it comes to investing, and finally asking for money goes against the forum rules so if I were you I will delete that part of your post.

One rule you have to follow in investing especially in cryptocurrency is never put up more than what you can afford to lose. And rule number 2 is never be swayed to the appeal of greed which is what most meme tokens are using to attract as many investors as possible. Now, you are learning the biggest lesson in your investing life. Learned those big lessons and never give up...in no time at all you may start gaining back what you lost. I am praying for you now. I am wishing you more strength so you can handle this big predicament you are into.

Judging from this address, he is one of the early babydoge investors who should have earned at least x 10 from their investment. but unfortunately the wallet may be hacked and sent to unwanted people. but strangely he bought another baby doge at the same wallet address, you should learn from his mistakes and make a new address again to buy a baby doge.

DON'T PLAY FOR SHITCOIN !!!
you think it will be a profit multiplied 100x of what you invest? think again about the event you invest in. there is something that is overlooked that Shitcoin will not last long, if you feel it is the right choice, then correct your point of view in making decisions. no one invests that way. This coin will gradually drop in price. you are too easy to follow FUD and come late. Babydoge is not much different from other Shitcoin, after a big pump it will return to its original price and won't even cost 1 cent.

Maybe he haven't learnt his lesson just yet or just trying to get sympathy from community members for nothing, the whole story already sound suspicious imo, how can someone boldly gamble with his children's school fees without thinking about the consequence, it is highly unlikely for someone to disregard the future of his kids, investment is good but not at the expense of your kids future.

Why are you risking your savings on shitcoin especially when it comes to your child's future for school in the future whether you don't do research or are just tempted by a significant increase?
I wonder why someone is doing this whether this is a stupid act or not it's clear what the OP did was very wrong, especially after being tricked and asking for mercy, all now in difficult times with the pandemic, our income is decreasing due to the implementation of social distancing so I hope this could be a lesson for the OP.

There is probably 5 big red signals in the main message by OP, but I would like to focus on one thing. If anyone tells you that they put ALL their savings into something, and give you some speech about how good their intentions were (pay for kids futures, pay for moms medical, pay for wife's chemo whatever) that is usually either a lie, or move by a moron. I am sorry but if you really believed that babydoge will be the thing that will help your kids go to college, then you probably deserve to be a failure.

I am not saying that you should always be capable of paying for it, maybe you won't, maybe they will have to work, that is not a "problem" in the sense that people do that and it is common, but if you really REEEALLLY believed that your babydoge would pay for it? Then I am sorry but you are beyond saving. I am not even getting into the fact that you got scammed probably the easiest way I have ever seen.

Well what do you expect when you invest in shit meme coins.
And nice touch embellishing your story with "kids school" to get sympathy, personally i don't buy it
Agree, don't know why anybody would invest in this meme coin, and put all their savings on the line.

It says nothing more than the fact that OP is an amateur and got reckt.

Truth be told if you're not careful you can get reckt at any time, and if you're going to invest don't put in all you've got, leave yourself some room for error.

This is what is called a joke coin. You never research before investing. In terms of coin names, they are no longer creative in giving names. But you still want to invest. No one can return the funds that have gone into someone's wallet. Because it is decentralized. Unless you sent the coins to a centralized wallet incorrectly, then there is a chance that the developers will be able to return them, if they want to.

Sometime I get to be concern why some people are riskimg their lifesaving money for an investment that isnt sure yet. Yes therr is hypr about it and some earned a lot from previous meme coins but remember that not all projects can be as profitable as it can be.

Im sorry to hear your case but you traded a token from a dex and that means no one is controlling the market and thats means its your own fault. No one can help you recover that.

I'm sorry you suffered loss but it was your greed that caused this.

Greed because if you had invested less money (which you afford to lose) and hadn't been greedy for more profits, you wouldn't have been in this situation.

Why are you risking your savings on shitcoin especially when it comes to your child's future for school in the future whether you don't do research or are just tempted by a significant increase?
Unfortunately, the OP's mistake may spoil the future of his/her childrens.  :'(

To be straight up, no, OP. It is all losses now.
Next time if you're gonna invest into something that you are not sure of, don't use the fund that you will use for something else important and in this situation, your children's school. That is one hell of an important fund that I would not wanna lose if I were you.

Unfortunately this seems to be the case, stories of people losing their money by investing in a bad coin or losing their coins to a hack are a dime a dozen and we have seen them too many times already, but when they include a story like that you know that they will ask for money and he did, I even indicated to him this is against the rules of the forum and that part of the message is still on the OP so at this point I tend to believe he is lying about that part of the story.
