Title: Low market cap coins that you are interested in?
Post by: yunglurker on July 21, 2021, 12:50:51 PM
What are some low market cap coins that you are holding and think might be big? No BSC shitcoins or dog coins, please.

I personally have a small stack of TRIAS, RAMP, OGN, 1Inch, LTO, Injective Protocol and a rather sizeable stack of Rose (Oasis Protocol).

There are many. but what I really invested in was only a few. I have Banana (Apeswap), SFP(safepal), STC (student token) and FRM(Ferrum network). for now my portfolio is more dominated by big coins like bitcoin, ethereum and BNB. because nowadays it is safer to invest short term. daily trading is better at this time, although the profit earned is small but we can continue to monitor the market and minimize risk.

Well, from your list we can see what most people in this space deem a "low" market cap :D Does anyone have a list with really low market cap coins, like a couple of million dollars only? Any tips? Or do you think that as soon as they have only a few million they must be bad projects?

There are lots actually if you do look around with low cap coins but its already long time that i havent looked up with these low caps and never intent to touch them out as of this moment.

Not that aware much with the list of those coins above but when choosing up then it would be always your own personal choice because we do have different views towards on a project.

Just choose on which one would suit out your interest or simply do able to pass into your criteria.

Of all the coins you mentioned, none of them are with me, because I only like holding coins that are often included in the top 5 cryptocurrencies in the crypto space because it helps me more personally, both in investing and in terms of trading.

I don't know what the size of the market cap is low for you, but in my opinion this is how you can describe the Arcona project.

Coingecko link - https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/arcona

Market cap now is just around $5M

In my opinion price is very undervalued.

Someone made such a comparison with other projects from the VR industry:

With all of those, I'm only interested with 1inch. Other than that, I won't gamble and take risk with the lower market cap coins.

I personally got an experience and that's why I don't want to try it again with lower cap coins unless it's only free and come from airdrop.

Hats off to LTO on there. My choice is most definitely Dusk Network as their fundamentals compared to marketcap are unmatched in upside potential. I have just recently gone nearly all in on that because i am waiting for that massive upside after mainnet. Still selling my Gods Unchained cards and buying Dusk Network with my profits, that's slower process then i wanted but after decent gains i'll buy some LTO as well.

In my opinion, seeing a decline/Correction of BTC is a moment to buy at a very reasonable price, but for the choice of the type of coin/token to be purchased it depends on each person. I'm sure for now many people in crypto are thinking and choosing those that have excellent features and fundamentals and are proven to be able to rebound quickly after a decline, for example AXS today even though it is still very young.

In general, these assets are quite interesting, but it all depends on the circumstances.
In a clearly bullish market, they have a significantly greater chance of multiplying your investment, while in a bearish market, most often such assets will be trapped in which you will lose and freeze your money in anticipation of growth.

The only problem is that it's does no matter how low is the coin what really matters is the propagation of the coins in time coming, a coin you personally think that will yield values after purchasing it, might loose values, because it might die off after some month or two years period, so from me i purchased anyone i feel like to buy without hopping on anyone, This coins below I don't have hope on any of them because another coins maybe listed tommorow or next
• AXS
• PYRBinamon
• ETNA
• SOV

Didn't you interested to put your money into the NFT project as well? You can try to take a look at how successful the axie infinity in this field. This can be a motivation to the rest to develop their game even better than axie infinity.

I have some suggestion just like SLP, AXS and you can also expand your portfolios to the NFT market like volt or something else.

You must be careful with non sense token. Some tokens like STC was a scam token.

Of course, as this is a matter of individual choice and interest. Based on what each one has studied, I will clearly mention some of them such as BANANA, SOV, BSCPAD, AXS and the one I just added recently is ETNA.

Not all people are interested in tokens of NFT projects.
OP may have their own opinion about NFT projects. He probably thinks that NFT tokens are not really promising for a long-term holding.

Im interested on my last signature campaign, its Birb.
Are you sure Birb is the token/coin of your last signature?
What I see is Moonconnect project, its token named MCONN.
This is the token contract: https://bscscan.com/token/0x92ce750b368be89e7b1dc871570e2ad8849a1b06

I fully agree with you!
This is the risk of low makret cap coins.
A moment like this is very risky, because it is not known what will happen now with the cryptocurrency market. If a new bull run starts, we can earn x10, x20 and sometimes even x100 on such coins. However, if this is the beginning of a long bear market, we will almost certainly lose everything on the low market cap coins.

I think you were not asking for low cap gems for a reason? Because you are not open to any other blockchain option, In your thread, it's pretty obvious that you are shilling the ROSE coin will I think you are right the Oasis protocol is one of the very promising projects so I can consider that in the list, But I think you were wrong by calling BSC project as a shitcoin because there's a lot BSC base projects today that are also useful and also contributing to the crypto market. But I agree with your judgment in those so-called animal meme coins.

I mostly own small cap coins because during the last few months i mostly invested into presales of new projects which was great during the bullrun because i made several X's there but now that we see falling prices since more than 2 months my portfolio is down more than 90% because the small and new projects always go down much faster and fiercer than old and established coin. Nevertheless, there are some projects that I have good hope will still be around in a few years and will perform well. These are: Poolz, O3Swap and Collateral Pay. When we see the next bullrun, whenever that might be i think the chances are pretty high that these projects will see new ATH's then.

matic, sol, BLKC, I added BLKC here blackhat coin, I see the coin has a pretty good development, and potentially will be great in the future. some of my friends try staking here, they don't use a lot of capital, but it has a pretty lot of results.

I have never held and interest in coins with low market caps. I'm more interested in looking for coins that have a high market cap . even now my portfolio is dominated by coins like ETH, BNB, TRX, and CARDANO. Because coins with a high market cap are safer and more profitable to invest short and long term.

Short and long term more profitable? I would say that is quite the statement and certainly one you can't prove! ;) There are coins with low market caps that do blow up from time to time. From where we are at now, the big market cap coins would probably not have a chance in terms of short term return on investment against such coins. The problem rather is whether you are lucky enough to hit one of those golden small market cap coins.

How do you know that? Did you check all of the tokens that were already mentioned by OP? he was also mentioning a low cap coin too called TRIAS and you can see the valuation was less than 6 million USD

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/trias-token/

The fact that there is a bunch of the good coins that are still having a low marketcap. A coin like etna, vulcan, binamon, ethermon could becoem the next potential coin with low marketcap.
I think that you must check it again dude.

What is your standard or metric to consider that a coin is in the state or among the low market cap?  I don't think that's the only basis.  There are still a few BSC coins or projects that are useful and can contribute to the development of the crypto-verse, but there are also others that just use the platform to, you know, take advantage of the sales of what they make.

May I know how much total market cap you are considering as small market cap coins?
Since for me, I am considering coins that are a small market cap that is around the top 500 above the market cap, so for now it is around $50m market cap coins.
Most of the low market cap coins that I am interested in are in DeFi and they are non BSC tokens in which I am not interested.
For me now, I am interested in some Solana altcoins, like SNY or Fabric.

Actually many altcoins with low capacity that we can hold for now but the risk is certainly very large because we have difficulty predicting that the coin can develop for the future, but if the increase occurs then a big profit will certainly be felt, and I also save a little AXS and ETNA because the coin is more convincing according to me, and that is the mainstay of the old coin that has high potential.
of course, such assets have a very large risk for a decline. but if we choose the right assets we can be lucky to get big momentum. but actually hard to get a project like that.
maybe we can start to see some new NFT assets on the market or exchange coins like CAKE and NMX. I think for 1 year in the future the market trend will not change much from now.

Swipe. Mine has been this for a long time. I know that it is not looking great, it was at around 120th in the rankings just a month ago or so, and I know you may think that crypto went very low all together so this one dropping is not a big deal for some people but it all went down, so while swipe going down it should have still stayed at the same place, but it went lower than everyone else which is a sad situation.

However I feel like Binance will turn this into some sort of prepaid card type of deal where you will be able to spend crypto anywhere you go, which exists in technology but not for binance, and swipe is owned by binance, when have you seen Binance failing at something they do. Which is why I have high hopes for this token but I am not sure about how great it will be, I am just investing a very small amount into it.

I think low market cap coins that are into gaming are the most potential for investment now as this could be a game changer in the blockchain industry. Take a look on the axs token and how the economy of them acquired demand. I am personally watching some in the market right now but of course this is still a risky investment too.

There are plenty of upcoming games for this year and next year that we should check out.

Low marketcap coin that provides something in return such as staking, yield farming are something to be looked at.  I consider anything below 2000 to be a low market cap coin. With low market cap risk is larger than less volatile coin but reward is much larger.

Feg token is such low marketcap I came across. It has small marketcap and currently only listed in small exchange. You can check it out on cmc.

Only invest once you are satisfied with your token selection after doing your research.

No BSC shitcoins or dog coins, please.

Why with BSC coin? I think the coins in BSC are much more promising than the coins you mentioned. because it is very possible that their coins are listed on binance, compare with other low volume coins that have their own chains or POS coin do not necessarily have a community that definitely will supports the price of the coin. btw now I've never bought or stored coins / tokens with low market cap or lets say new coin like that. I've had a lot of bad experiences with coins like that.

We have to control our minds and never push ourselves to invest if we are not prepared yet. I know that some low marketcap coins that are worth for investing but we should be careful with them. But for me, I wasn't preferred to choose them but instead to look into coins that are listed in the known exchanges that will possibly give us assurance.

Research is still important but that was just a waste of time spending on them rather than focusing on those who are already on the top. Because that being listed to small exchanges is certainly at high risk and possibly an exit scam.

I recommend you to search about UBT, UBT will have a huge impact in blockchain infrastructure. Unibright help enterprise to use blockchain without coding and also ubt have their own mainnet that could act as layer 2. Several big partner that been announced are coca-cola, servicenow and many more that still TBA. I do think its good to buy UBT right now , currently ubt on top 200 and i do think ubt could reach top 50 which is will make ubt price more than 10$(currently 1,2$)

Below 2000? What below 2000? Are you talking about low market cap coins when a coins is worth less than 2000 USD? Is DOGE low market cap to you? I feel you are completely misunderstanding the concept of market capitalization. That is the valuation of a network or a business as a whole divided by its respective number of coins / shares...

You should know about Deedy Digital. If interested in NFT. I really like the platform that is coming out soon - Deedy Digital. Deedy will serve the growing world of digital artists, authors and collectors. Aiming to create the first cross-network marketplace for NFT and digital content, where artists do not have to pay huge commissions and rely on intermediaries.  There are many benefits. A very dangerous gamble, you can fall into a trap in which your vehicles will be motionless for a long time.
You must clearly understand what you are doing and why, and with which coins you can do it, and with which you cannot. This is not for beginners.

I think its a good sign for a new project and looks promising. This the coingecko page https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/birb
Birb project look make surprise to crypto community which underestimate with it at early time. Now their dev team working hard deliever what community want as soon as they could. with many feature and product that will build , looks like this project still have opportunity to growth moreover it get strong support from community.

One low market cap coin that I can recommend to you is Tron. It is a native token of the Tron chain that is one of the most popular blockchain. I believe in this project as it is developing really rapidly today.

For example, Tron is building a partnership with Sony. And there are more and more companies that choose Tron as it is a fast and cheap blockchain. TRX costs around 0.1$ now, so you should consider it.
