You'll already full member you should know by now how things works here either you do an escrow because you have a bad rating or you hire a bounty manager to do this job, it's hard to trust you if you have that many bad ratings, work on to get this bad rating out before launching this campaign.

If I understand this link correctly this is an anti-facebook campaign, what is the reason behind this campaign if I may ask! If you or the owner of this campaign is really serious, then you can simply follow the lay down procedure of conducting a signature campaign in this forum with an escrow to make the campaign credible and actually attract participants, also try and make the offer more generous as well.

I'm to dissapointed of saying why, but Facebook has done bad things.It would be really generous when the user would follow the instructions on the website.
