Globally, psychological/psychosocial (mental) health has been a major challenge for most people. A lot of research has been done in this area. Thus, it has revealed that a solution is needed, due to this life-threatening challenge. These psychosocial issues lead to anxiety, depression and more. These issues get compounded by the day and sometimes the only solution the patient sees as a viable option, is suicide.
According to a research (https://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2016-11/28/content_27501518.htm#), it recorded that over 804 million people globally killed themselves in 2012 and 314 million Southeast Asians committed suicide in 2012. These situations are yet unattended to. With the most recent event of Corona Virus in 2020, there is an urgent need to swing into action as stated by a Post-Covid conclusion in a research project (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7255207/). This is therefore, the main reason why our project is needed and was conceived.
