Isn’t Proof of Work really a Sybil Attack protection mechanism?

In general, the questions are very simple and without illustrations, beginners or those who want to learn about the technical side of Bitcoin for the first time will not benefit. It can not be done in a short explanation video. I appreciate your time to make the video but it is best to learn with books or articles.
