I think it can be further discussed in Gambling Discussion board. I think it's not that new of a thing to do, I mean most players even participate in informal bets like this, one example is the Trump vs Biden presidency.

By the looks of it, the project isn't operational yet and it's still on the test phase. It should have been 2-3 months ago before the official Tokyo Olympics games started. It does's seem fun that much when the games are already underway
