There have already been tons of threads on this particular topic, and many on the forum would advice you use the search button before making a topic to avoid hackneyed ones.

up till now the forum is yet achieve a spam free era
A spam free era is impossible in my opinion, whether it's a forum or a social website; it is impossible to control 100% the content being posted, and users always find motivation to spam, it could be signature campaigns on bitcointalk, or fraud attempts on YouTube or Instagram.

Actually spamming is one of forbidden thing in this community, any user who intend to Spam automatically he or her will face the consequences, so in the aspect of ship poster... it's very obvious that what lead's to shitpoting is incompetence via composition of a text and inability to make a proper research before creating a topic or posting, so at this point newbies always fall the victim of shitpost because them dont really observe or read across the boards before posting.

3: signature spammers most users that constantly get they post deleted by moderators belong to this category, this set spammers make posts just to increase they post counts in other to get paid by the company they promoting without minding to check the quality of they post.
Really...some beginner's their post always been deleted by the moderators than the group of people in a campaign, and also beginner's their post always been shifted or transfer to another board because of inability to know where they supposed to create a topic, so from my perspective it's not really that anyone in signature campaign that made multiplication of post are spammer because some people love writing and they make at least fifteen or ten posts per day, all the post are quality, and also people that is not in any signature campaign also made the same level of post, what matters for communication or interaction in the this community is how creative and positive is your conversation or post is.

You need to self intropection first before creating this thread, it doesn't make sense a spammer create a thread about guide to prevent spam.

1. Got deleted 288 (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=2802917) posts from moderator and got tagged too.

Quote
Part of the Spammer Blacklist: this user has made at least 210 replies that are not up to forum standards.

I'm not entirely sure which category you belong to? Obviously you're too stupid to be a bot ... So, a shitposter or a signature spammer?
Personally, I don't see any big difference.

As what Upgrade000 mentioned, it is impossible to control it. If you're reading enough around every social media platform, even spams still exist there even though it is capable of being reported, but still those who are willing to report are entirely overpowered by these spammers.
I even recall a lot of bots in Facebook claiming to be a celebrity to send a PM to it for the sake of winning some sort of fake giveaway.

The best advice I can give to people that spam is to learn, learning will not make someone spam, spammers do not learn, they are all after bounties and signature campaigns, they are not after posting quality posts, some will post just two lines which is not still helpful. Beginners do not know there are certain investigation that would be conducted to know if they are spamming or plagiarizing, they go against the rules but banned and know they have maje mistakes. If they read what good posters are posting, they will later understand how important this forum posts must have good quality.
