I want to market my coin and want to do fundraising. please tell me how can I do this, how can I go for ICO/ IDO.

You should organize an IDO as this way you just instruct a corresponding platform and they do everything instead of you. And you focus on your product and interaction with users. On the other hand, in case with ICO you have to do everything on your own. In addition to this, people trust more when popular platforms offer them a presale. Really good platforms are MakerDao and Coinlist

I have to be honest with you that if you are a single individual with limited resources then it can be an uphill climb considering the kind of huge competition we are in right now for new crypto-based projects. The best thing to do is to align with people of the same mind and probably with the right resources also available at their fingertips. Make sure that you are really offering something new otherwise your project will just be another copy-cat and will depend a lot on hypes to make it to the market. Build your platform first. You didn't even know how to browsing on the internet and then try to read some article related to it. Your garbage coin will never be in the market if you didn't have something to be offered as a valuable product.
Try to talk with yourself about that whether you have something to be offered to the investors or not. Just because you make a new token and it doesn't mean you can sell it and make it as money grabber
