The tournament starts on in two weeks time on the 13th so you have until then to pay the entry fee. If you're unfamiliar with how it works please see the previous thread here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5270461.msg55039640#msg55039640), but basically we will be using the Superbru website where you get 3 points for predicting the correct score, 1 for the correct outcome (win, lose or draw) and 1.5 for a close prediction. The winner will obviously be the person who gets the most points at the end of the season.

Sportsbet.io are sponsoring the pool again and have put BTC0.1 into the pot along with offering a free $50 to every weekly winner so that's 38 chances to win a $50 bet. They will also be offering the chance to win shirts on certain games. As usual, 100% of the money received will be split between the top placed users at the end of the season. Depending on how many users sign up will determine on how many places will be paid out. Last year a little over 50 users joined and the top 10 places were paid out. There will also be a small consolation prize for the person who gets the highest overall weekly round score so even if it becomes clear as the tournament progresses that you're unlikely to win a paid spot you still have a chance of winning something along with the $50 weekly round free bet.

I would love to participate but I am going on vacation on 15 August and all the money I have collected from mining and signature campaign will go there.I will be able to pay on September when I will be back at 10-15 September hopefully.If this is not a problem count me in,if it is I think I am going to pass this year.

That's fine. Like last time I will give people a grace period of a month or so to pay if that'll help someone get the money together. The good thing with Superbru is that you can put your scores in advance for the entire season if you wanted so you can still take part on vacation without having to check the site. You can even join the league at a later date and your scores will carry over, but if people promise to pay I'll let them join now and they will be removed after a month if they've not paid.

Ok thank you.I will try my best to pay at least 50%(0.001 Btc) before the new season starts at 13th of August and the rest of the payment during the month of September,hopefully before or at last at 15th of September.Hopefully this 50% prepayment will allow me to directly join the pool and not carry over the scores.I don't care that I will pay two times fees,no problem that one for me.

I'll allow most users to join the pool if they promise to pay especially previous years players. Just send it in one go when you have it.

If you're thinking of playing just sign up to superbru and make sure your scores are in as you can join the league later and all your scores will carry over. If you're wanting to play but can only pay later I'll give people up to the end of the month to do so, just PM me. Remember, if 50 people join there will be 0.2 in the pot and I'll probably make first place 0.1. The highest scorer from every round will also win free $50 on Sportsbet and the top two highest yellow caps at the end of the season will win a football shirt so plenty of chances to win something.

Bump. If anyone still wants to play this week is probably the last chance to sign up without missing out on a lot of points. Superbru gives you 15 'default picks' if you miss the games based on the most likely result and if you sign up now you will be given six points automatically. The current bottom of the table player has 7 points so you'll only be one point behind them and the first place has 26.5 so there's still everything to play for. If we can get 4 more players the pot will be at 0.2 and first place will probably be 0.1. Don't forget the person who also gets the highest points in the weekly round receives a free £50 bet from sportsbet as well and there's 32 chances to win them throughout the season. Just PM me if you want to play but can't pay just yet and I'll give you until the end of the month to do so.
