Title: Is there any platform that allows buying of crypto with a cheque?
Post by: yat97 on August 08, 2021, 03:34:25 PM
ANY place I could try to buy using a cheque?

I tried paypal, but they don't accept personal single party checks which is my dilemma.

Have you tried p2p platforms like Paxful, Localbitcoins, Binance p2p, Kucoin p2p if you don't care about KYC verification or non KYC p2p exchanges like localcryptos, hodlhodl (but they have low volumes compared to the custodial ones)

I haven't checked if there are any traders who have such offers, but if's worth a try

In addition to what was suggested above.
Check these links and might help your problem.
  • For PAXFAUL (https://paxful.com/how-to-buy-bitcoin/cashiers-check)
  • For LocalBitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/cashiers-check/)

Additionally, try also to check the CEX.IO exchange it has a low transaction fee compared to those exchanges mentioned above.

I don't know if there's such but try to check out those popular exchanges if they're supporting your local bank and see if that cheque of yours can be used with those.

If you've found nothing then you have no other choice but to go through the usual way of cashing it first and buying with cash for the crypto you want to buy.
