His aim is to isolate a victim who tried to send him a message through WhatsApp messenger and then trick him into going first minus escrow thereby scamming him. People like OP don't want to do deals here in public because members will spot his scam attempts in time. Don't buy black, that's sounds funny though. People might fall victim for this, but to me it looks like a cheap scam. I'm taking from experience, I was scam of few hundreds of dollars almost a year ago from someone who claimed to be buying good rate just as you have claimed also. How would you buy 5% higher than others. Where will you trade it? Or do you ha e your own personal exchange that give you massive ROI that we are not aware of? If not any body doing business with you is doing so at their own risk. You even include a WhatsApp number 😂😂😂😂
