The article on crypto/bitcoin is digital only. Did not make it into the print edition.
This was confirmed by the author.

That’s a heck of a list, you’ve got your work cut out for you! I may be able to help some, will ask around and let you know what I find.

Only one I own is the St Pete Bowl guide. Bought it on Amazon in 2017 and remember thinking I only need one they’ll be around and easy to find for a while. Sold out few days later and have only seen one other copy since. FYI there are two types of programs.

I still have the Bitcoin/St. Petersburg bowl patch you traded me for something long ago in my "cas-stash"....  I hope you don't regret it! :D
