That don't happen my friend. Had that been the case, the group would had kept all the information to themselves. Stop searching for any such groups.
The right thing that you can do is to do alot of discussion in different groups and then you'll start learning about news & events. Any news or event makes a good/bad impact on the crypto currency it is related to and you can make moves accordingly. Just as said, you're going to waste your time and you're prone to scams. They can make you hype with those news but it tends out to be that it's just going to be a pump for those coins.
And when they're done with the pump, you can be the last one to hold that coin that's already left hanging with lesser value than the amount you've bought it.
