I am wondering which project provides the highest APY/APR for staking?

What are you talking about? Binance always give the lowest APY for obvious reasons. Anybody who are into staking should use proper systems.
OP, I suggest you CAKE pool, automatic restaking pool now give %91.46 APY. You can't find better APY than this one.
Apeswap BANANA pool give %107 APR but it's not as strong as Pancakeswap.
Hotcross give %86 APR, Mdex give %76 APY, there are a lot of alternatives but I would stick to the original one.

Check out farming pair Near-wEth on sushiswap. Now APR of this pair is 85%. I think this is a great proposition in terms of the farm market today. Also, now the Near is in an excellent position and is entrenched in the area of ​​$ 5.5, which will undoubtedly give you confidence that your locked tokens will not lose value.

I found this one called Position Exchange, they are giving like 600% APY. I have been doing that from 3 days now, but I thought there might be some big APY than them. I will stick with them for now :D

Yeah we see very big APY's in early days of new platforms but they don't prove their quality. Most of the time they run away with funds or you see flash loan attacks or something like that, usually an insider scam attempt rather than hack. Be careful about those copy platforms, you might lose all your money while your only purpose was to make money.
I suggest you to withdraw your base deposit and play with your earned money only. I checked their website, looks okay but %600 APY is nowhere near sustainable obviously.

I clearly understand what you mean however I stake daily and take out my rewards and initial investment. So going pretty good so far :D

High APY platforms may not be sustainable in long term. They have high APY in the early days but you need to look after a month or so, because that's when they usually decline their numbers. It is better to get your initial investments back and just work on your profits. At least, anything that the team will do, rug pull or any scamming tactic, you already secure your funds. Because investigate why they are offering high APY, do they have active use case that people will really utilize their platform?

i noticed the current highest APY is at //honeyfarm.finance/ however, it looks unreasonable and very risky to me ^{(do it at your own risk)}.  i recommend staking defi tokens or your crypto coin on high trusted platforms and also high-end APYs such as pancakeswap and biswap.  ^{(don't be easily persuaded by high APY or APR, stay alert with scammers who can rug-pull at any time)}

I am staking both BSC and OKC (OKExChain). Babyswap (https://home.babyswap.finance/pools) is still offering more than 100% APR and there are more staking facilities other than BABY tokens.
Cherryswap (https://www.cherryswap.net/pools) is also offering 500% APR.
APR decreases day by day. So staking is a good way of passive earn but it's also risky too.

I just wanted to come here and say thank you again for this gem. I didn't hear POSI anywhere except here but I'm glad I invested this early. I regret I didn't put too much money on it but oh boy, the income is great. APY's are still high, especially for NFT pool it still gives %676 which is insane. I cashed out some of my investment but still hodl and stake most of them in both pools. Maybe a major exchange listing will change the game for better, until that time I'll keep staking and raise my POSI amount.

For big APRs you are to look among different new Defi-projects, but actually this strategy was good several months ago, but now it is more likely to yield losses for you instead of profit. In summer when you see more than 10000% in a new project and you invest, you really get profit as there was hype around this sphere, so many people invest in them, but now people are in favour of NFT-projects, so you are more likely to make money on them. Personally I do staking on Pancakeswap where APRs are not very high but at least stable.
