The trust rating on trustpilot is very low and it has 2  scam accusation threads in bitcointalk already.

I didn't read them actually but I think it's enough for a warning to anyone not to deposit coins to it. You belong to a community so whenever there is a platform untrusted by the community, you should consider avoiding instead. There are many sports betting sites available and trusted.

As said by: @cabron and the two links that were given accusations against the BETFLIP gambling site.

You should avoid betting on the Betflip.io site, the risk of your money is guaranteed 100%, lost and if you have made a deposit immediately move to your main wallet, then look for a gambling site that has a good reputation on this forum, maybe it will be better for you in the future.

You can see and get a fair gambling site here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0

Well, if you ask me.. then I will say they are a scam site. When you "verify" yourself with original documents at a casino... you provide them with documents that are not altered in any way.... so these people want you to provide them with translated documents that are not original?

Any legit site will have a team of people that will be able to translate original documents to their native language or they will get someone to do it for them.... they will not ask the gambler/client to do it for them. (If that was standard operating procedure, then I would have provided these casinos with false documentation and they would not even know about it)  ::)

Good luck... I think they are just looking for excuses not to pay you.  >:(

how much exactly did you deposit to the website? an evidence would be a great addition to your thread. anyway, if what you deposited is not that much it would be best to just let it go. it is not worth spending more money and risking your personal information from being stolen. just take the loss and in the future be more cautious when trying out and depositing on gambling sites.

I always thought of what is the reason why scam sites that operates for long still having new victims nowadays when in just a easy typing in Search bar over internet , the scam and other issues from players will already appear .
specially the crypto community here in bitcointalk in which has a capacity in checking sites hat has already scam accusation filed here.

Bu for OP, sorry to hear but your funds are already doomed and expect nothing to be claimed .

This is the problem with most casinos online, they ask for KYC when the need for withdrawal comes which is kind of opportunistic on their side since they have the hold over your money when you deposit in their site. What I find peculiar is that you didn't accepted their bonus.

First of all OP it’s your fault.
How come you came across this site?
And before depositing the money it was your duty to do a research on the site.
Now nothing can be done.
There are already scam accusations against the site.
So it’s better to forget about the money and don’t spend more 60 bucks for the KYC deal.

This is not new. There are several cases you will find which is similar to you. You should think about the site reputation before making the deposit. I can see a Deposit Bonus promotions on betflip Landing page. But why it is for all members. This is really ridicules. Everybody should avoid these Scam sites.

Thank you all guys for your answer i am new to the forum but i realise its a strong one
and users help its other and that is what i will generally try to do for things and matters that
i have my own experience. i will try to answer in this post to most of the questions. since
many bookmakers limit accounts i am trying to find new btc books that may be not scams so i dont
deposit much and start betting with small bets. i didnt take the bonus cause from my experience
most of the scams sites give you huge 100% or even 200% bonus but the wagering are so awful that
you cant finish the wagering and lose your mney. most of the times they impose very low limits
so its ievitable to make the wagering. thats why i never claim a bonus. after i had some winnings i
proceed to a small withdrawal just to see if they will proceed it. they start asking documents and that was the time
when i just say stop betting cause they are probably scams. since i believe after your predictions that they
wont pay i wont risk losing another 60 euro for the translation of the docs cause i am quite sure they will never pay.
thank you all for the replies and your thoughts and lets keep up the good work in here and inform each other
for all the scam sites that appear online. it is the only way to stop them from stealing our money.

I suggest you browse on the Gambling (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0) to find the recommended gambling site that has reputations you will not get a bad experience. You will see many recommended gambling sites available that can be your favourite after you play for some time. You can avoid the scam gambling site that you get from outside. I am sure you will have a good time playing gambling using many coins available on that site.

If the amount you deposited is not that of a bif deal then it's fine as long as you can afford to lose that amount of money unlike depositing a huge sum of money. It's your fault for not doing research and deposited right away which leads you to being scam unless the site you deposited are trusted. I wouldn'trrecommend doing KYC to a scam site. It can lead to identity theft which on the other side you will be the victim if they use akk your information for shady activities.

deposits on this website.

~snip~
^ It shows now that this gambling site is a scam even though I did not research this site but through research by early post it provides strong evidence for you to believe that they are scams. How much did you deposit? if you are willing that amount to forget just do it than risking your identity to them just in exchange for your small amount. Nevertheless, there are a lot of gambling sites or bookmakers here that you can choose from, it is legit and surely won't scam you, there are KYC gambling while others are free.

I could not understand why they need to translate a document. If they allow to accept users from the country of you then they have to accept the document which is allowed in your country. If they cant understand then they have to use software which can read it or hire people who can understand it.

It is definitely a scam!

The bonus is just a way to trick you in. You have to play insane amounts to free your money and the conditions are getting more and more difficult. I have been all through the process ending still up as a winner at which point they closer my account directly. Seizing all the money on it and never answered via email anymore.   Worst scammers ever. Probably paying out some reviewers on the market for having only average/bad reviews. Scumbags.

OP, I will suggest you to follow this thread and learn how to create a proper scam accusation against scammers/platform.

Proper scam report format, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

Here is their domain information

Code:
Domain: betflip.io
Registrar: NameCheap, Inc
Registered On: 2019-05-02
Expires On: 2022-05-02
Updated On: 2021-04-02

Include all your evidence by following the scam report format from above link and edit your current topic.

Was there a reason to choose unknown bookmaker ?
New betting platform usually offer bonuses to attract new customers and this is the reason people like OP run after them. Maybe everyone is not clever like you and donot have sufficient knowledge about honest platforms. Suddenly they see lucrative promotions or get referral links from strangers and make their decision to register there.

Why some people goes to unknown sites after that they come here complaining?
In most cases victims come to share their story after getting scammed and they think that its the place where they will get their solution or someone will help him get his money back. Even few victims are already in Bitcointalk but take decision by their own without justifying properly. They just follow new platforms announcement and run after free bonus. There is no other reason IMO.

Those who are new might have no ideas which sites are new and which sites are old. And to the unknown person all the sites are new. In this case it is normal that they use a new site and got scammed by the admin/site owner. And once scam happen they may post here. Though if they search before being scammed then they might be able to prevent the scam.
