https://imgur.com/4O4EwN5   here is my total deposit and withdrawal

https://imgur.com/YmVMm2r   total 0,00024566 btc made from free rolls and  lose - 0,00070174 btc

https://imgur.com/PCf1wkz total referrals commision earn 0.00025518 btc and spent on lottery 0,00002081

i take screenshoots after i tried withdraw and again i seen 24 hours review

i post on freebitco in thread but , i thought they will reinstate my account

more than that my referrals was inactive for over 30 days and get from them lower comissions then i bet and i ask why ban now and not first time when referrals was active and they answer that

then why not ban me when referrals was active?  and ban me now when they where inactive?

Because we recently upgraded our anti-fraud system and I'm slowly going through weeding out the cheats.

so is clear something wrong and not understand how now if referrals was inactive they say i cheat, moreover if we cut referrals earnings i still have lose more on bets and deposited more than that comissions , and they say very bad abuse, i not understand what abuse if i deposited more than all earnings from website

more than that there's something strange because they said we recently upgrade and referrals was inactive and i was banned after i deposited more and tried second withdrawal

so i ask him once again to tell me which i rule i break and why they ban me and cut my balance?

i wait 7 days but he not say nothing now why i got banned also i ask him reinstate my account and cut my referrals earnings if he say they are bots , i not have a problem with that but he simple ignore me

i not want think what happen if i deposited more

I find it very hard to believe that freebitco.in will scam someone for 0.001 BTC or less. they have been in business for years and have a pretty good reputation.

then why not ban me when referrals was active?  and ban me now when they where inactive?

..

reading this, it seems to me like you registered multiple accounts as your referrals. that's why it's weird for you because you are not banned while you're claiming referral earnings, now that you have given up on multi-accounting, you are banned.
honestly, I would be ashamed to complain about it here.

Maybe they withheld the 0.001 BTC because they believe you cheated their referral system. All the answers to your complaint seem to be in the other thread.

68 connected account can't just be something that is made up. Maybe what you can demand to them to list for you the account that cheated and perhaps the activity but you and the freebitco.in team know better what's going on.

i have not made any account , more then that  the referrals was active until 2 months ago , the problem is i bet and deposited more than i earn for referrals and on website, even more they say update recently the system, then why i was banned after i deposited and tried withdrawal when all referrals was inactive as i know, and they ban now ?

i not claim nothing i lose more than i earn from free rolls and referrals on website , i lose 0,00071 btc on multiply

i just shared my link on social networks but after i don't know what do this guys who signup

more than that can see all i made from website stats , and i lose more than 0,00071 bitcoin on multiply and lottery , more than i earns from all website, so why banned?

ok i wait them to tell me who cheat

For faster response, maybe you can explain to TheQuin what actually happened since they said they detected something "fraud" with your account. Sending a ticket to support would be another way to get response, but i don't it you will get it soon. Freebitcoin has been on crypto industry older than my account, which obviously they have their reason to ban your account.

You have already been told that the answers have been given in the official freebitco.in thread. TheQuin is the one who should answer your questions, and in that thread he has already answered some of them.

If I were you, I would not insist on this way because we all know that freebitco.in is not going to risk its reputation for 0.001 BTC. Instead we know that there are many people trying to cheat the system.

I agree that there's a reason for banning the account but sometimes there's other sites as old as Bitcoin damage their reputation so I don't think that it's not that impossible that the accusations are true. Hopefully this will be resolved because if not, there's hell to pay for not doing so.

You already got a response from them. I doubt if you will get any different answer even if you tried contacting their support through a new complaint especially when they already told you that you have 60 connected accounts

Seriously.  They're primarily a faucet (or at least historically they've been one) and I also doubt they'd be banning their users unless those users had violated their rules somehow.  And something makes me think OP probably didn't read their rules at all and ended up breaking one or more of them, resulting in his ban.

The Quin....wow, I haven't even seen that username in a long, long time.  I used to see his posts a lot.  I wonder if he doesn't post on the forum a lot anymore or I ignored the sections he posts in.  But it'd be nice if he stopped by and chimed in on this.

Edit:

Maybe they withheld the 0.001 BTC because they believe you cheated their referral system. All the answers to your complaint seem to be in the other thread.
Whoops--I missed your post before I wrote mine (I always do that!).  So there you go, OP.  You didn't mention that part of the story.

Maybe it has to do with the fact that he now works for freebitco.in and before he didn't?

I've seen his post history and it seems that at some point in 2018-2019 he started working for them. Lately he rarely posts in threads other than freebitco.in ones. Although he did help me on LoyceV's technical thread about consolidating inputs once.
