Hello,


I need to contact the owner of BTC gambling site 'Bustabit' regarding a problem I have with the game.
I do not know how else to contact him as I cannot email him and he does not accept private messaging from new accounts on here like mine.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can get his attention to this post.

The user has not been active for a month now and it's unlikely a PM would do much to get their attention, you may have to find some other alternatives to reach them should a message here not work.

Quoting their actual username could help, if they have a notification script on.

Sometimes with lots of queries, forum representative will check first their ANN thread before DMs, and since they set their message settings not to received PM by newbies, you don't have any choice.

The thread is not active for around a month and their forum representative too. But in case they go online, at least they will read your problem right away.

Have you tried the contact form on https://bustadice.com/contact ? There is an email address as well.
Also, their on-site chat is quite active, so you might be able to reach an administrator or one of the moderators who may be able to assist you.

OP is having a hard time sending an email. Emailing their provided email (http://hello@bustadice.com) shouldn't have any errors or what. I don't know why OP is unable to send them an email.

I just have to say too that he can take chances on the chatbox as in most cases, there are site representatives lurking there. Give it a try, OP.

I don't know if this is a good alternative but you can contact Daniel through bustadice's support page I remember him saying that he handles all the support messages coming from bustadice.

Why not post the issue here or on their official thread if there's something with your withdrawal and it is not addressed properly then open a scam accusation, there's a lot of scam accusations already on Bustabit and yours will be added, the admin account here is not active anymore so even if you ask the senior member to help send a message it will not help either.

Gamblers should stop playing on gambling site with slow and weak support, there's a lot of better alternatives.

I have him as a contact on Telegram. I would consider sending him a pm if there is a legit reason you need to contact him. You should try emailing him through your personal email from the email given on bustadice before I would consider messaging him for you as well.

You can also try to catch his attention while he is lurking in the chat on either Bustadice or Bustabit.

As OP have said, it's because Daniel doesn't take kindly hearing the PMs of newbie members like him, you know for safety purposes. Of course it's the fastest but the line for getting his response must be really long, after all he has a gambling website.

So generous of you yahoo, helping Him out for this  but i believe that OP should tell whats the catch why he wanted to contact Daniel as this might lead into some issue if there is no valid reason for this contacting .
surely OP had that because he won't be needing to drop by here if he did not do anything before coming here.

but also he was being denied because of the site valid reason.

I'm pretty sure it's not a secret, his email is daniel@bustabit.com but what probably works better is: https://www.bustabit.com/help/contact (especially so if it's related to an account, as if you do that when signed into your account he can see you are who you say you are)

I'm confused, why contact the owner when the support is available? it would have been nice if OP properly explained why he needed to contact the owner.

anyway, RHavar shared daniel's email and yahoo62278 is willing to help as long as the reason is valid.

that made me also thing what is the much important thing why need to directly contact the owner when there is a proper team that will handle his cases because that how business goes.
and also same reason why Yahoo not directly contact the owner because of no clarity why he needs to talk to daniel .

Have you tried contacting this email OP because that might be a big help for you if it's not the one that you've contacted first, pretty sure that they're going to address your problem, they're a staple in this forum, no way that they want to tarnish that reputation.

Quite a common problem.

And this practical example can show beginners how to choose a reliable service for games. Active technical support and contact is a mandatory minimum for initial guarantees before sending a deposit.

It is likely when somebody has contacted the owners of casinos and they've done that but likely they haven't received a response. If there's a bigger problem, the support is already enough for them to solve your problem. Well, @OP should close this thread already, the contacts were given and the purpose of this thread has been served and done.

I wonder why op didn't use the contact on the site's customer support email. Most people having problems about the site that is trusted or reputable is through contacting their support and wait for them to respond. OP, you should have contacted their customer support in the first place. We don't know if the owner is busy and the owner's forum account hasn't been online.

OP is spamming the gambling section by creating another thread in the gambling discussion

What specifically Help you wanted and also what specific problem you have in this gambling site?

does the support not answering you? or at least the live chat?

update will be glad to post here because your post is very intriguing and sounds like froma desperate person who lose his life from gambling .

Obviously whatever the need was, it's not too important or he already spoke with daniel. OP needs to lock the topic if he doesn't plan on updating anyone.

As I cannot discuss an account's private information with anyone but its authenticated owner–among other reasons–I do not provide account support in the forums.



I personally respond to all support requests and emails myself within at most 24 hours. I'm not aware of any credible scam accusations against bustabit, but if you point them out I'd be happy to address them.
