In the last few days, the ethereum price keeps rising while the giant of crypto Bitcoin was relying on between $47k to $48k but in the last 24 hours, the entire market has changed Bitcoin is heading to 50k while ethereum is in a new all-time high of $3750 since April 2021.

Will this market signal a new season for all the other cryptocurrencies, as the entire market looks bullish at this point?

The market looks bullish for now but you can never tell what the whales are going to do. My strategy is to stake cryptos like ETH, NEAR, Celo and to sell the staking rewards only when the market goes up.

Right now the Whales have bought a lot of $ETH and brought it all back to their wallets and the amount of $ETH on all exchanges is decreasing. I don't think so for all, but this only happens for a few stable coins. We can monitor market movements every day that when the price of Bitcoin and Ethereum increases, there are also other coins that do not follow Bitcoin and Ethereum even though we wish that other coins or tokens in cryptocurrencies can also increase in price following the good trend of Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The whales are back as we know it but at the same time we don't know what their plans are, maybe when they have had enough they will dump? But ETH2.0 makes me think twice about this claim, whales might find a new home in ETH 2.0

Yeah the sudden price increase of Ethereum that happened yesterday came pretty much out of nowhere, at least for me. I still don't know what was the reason for that increase. Maybe some big investor or financial institute invested heavily into Ethereum, because most other projects did not increase in price yesterday so this was just a investment spike in ethereum. It is true though that a raising price of ethereum can signal, that other and smaller altcoins are also beginning to rise pretty soon, at least that is how it was in the past. First BTC was rising then ETH and other big altcoins and then a few weeks after that the small cap coins also rised.

You can check the top-performing coin list if most altcoins are being driven up by the bullish trend on Bitcoin and Ethereum. If there are not much coins or tokens that moved a bit then those altcoins are not affected.

If the majority of the coins are having a slight increase then we can say it's a good signal for a bullish point. So far most of the coins on my portfolio are not being carried up by the price increase of Bitcoin and Ethereum. ADA is my top-performing coin as of the moment as it breached a $3 value.

It could be possible for a news to drive the market so quickly and i see is just a Green. Hoping to see Ethereum knocking at $4k by the ending of the day or week.

It's not as easy as it sounds, indeed what you say is quite effective if we are able to control the mental situation of beginners during a big big decline. Because at the moment the market looks good and is a good start in September it is possible that the Bullish market will continue. The popes of course use this as a place to roll the dice. Stopping panic selling is not a simple task because whatever you do newbies will still sell at any point there is a fall-off in price They get afraid and sell because of weak hand panic at every slightest action in the market.

For sure it is a good sign.I remember back in 2017 the bull run started in September and ended in December,back then Bitcoin was the igniter but because of that even Ethereum reached more than 1500 USD for a coin which was the first all time high for Ethereum.I hope we have the same scenario here,only this time Ethereum will be up to 8-10k dollars in December and Bitcoin to 100k,that would be our perfect Christmas gift and honestly I believe it will happen and I am waiting for it.

I don’t know about this for sure if there is going to be a bullish trend that will continue. But I have noticed that altcoins has been upping for a while now. I am holding Ethereum and a few other altcoins and I have noticed the Increase. Ethereum did five percent today, and another coin I Hodl (Tron) has increased more than ten percent just today. They are all bullish right now, but I don’t know for how long they will continue, though I really wish that they continue. I have plans to further invest money in altcoins if the trend is going to continue like this. For now I am just going to sit back and watch them closely.

Ethereum is showing good movements now while the price already reached $3,800 but now the price is down for $3,700.
It is closest to $4,000 and I guess that will reach in the next few days.
If the bitcoin price can back to $50,000, that will be a good time for ethereum to lift the price step by step and at more than $4,000.
I will consider seeing that if bitcoin can back to $50,000, that could be the next altcoin season and the other bull run for bitcoin and we might see that will happen in the rest of the month this year.
But there is no real sign for that thing so we need to be careful and always take profit if you think you already make it so you will not regret not selling your coin at a high price.

For ethereum to have sustained its present price of 3,800 for the past few days shows how strong we are in the altcoin season, some other NFT projects also jumped in price within the early days of this week. But at the moment the entire cryptocurrency market is on a stable mode right now.

Beginners cannot dump coins with a large capitalization, since they do not have enough funds for this. This is subject only to whales who have large financial resources for this. With all the NFT gaming and all that going on right now, there is way too much hype around the things that are based on ethereums blockchain and which is why there are too many people who buy eth and use it instead of selling it and that results with price going up consistently. However this new increase is mainly due to the fact that the whole market is up, bitcoin is up, bnb is up, everything is up right now so it would be shocking to not see ethereum go up as well during this period, it is only normal for it to go up when all others already did.

Eth is almost hitting 4k as we speak, very bullish this past few days, so far i don't see other alts following along with eth perhaps this will happen later, it will be nice to see other alts as bullish as eth is, the only alts i can see performing same is sol (the ones i know though) so if eth can trigger the next bull run then am looking forward to it because am holding some alts i would like to see performing well too.

Ethereum is certainly doing better than expected. I wasn't expecting it to be close to ATH this quickly but it managed to not drop too much on the recent corrections and this meant that with the new increases it was able to grow a lot closer to the ATH prices.

I personally feel like there is a good chance it could actually make a good amount of money in the future as well, it is not going to be piece of cake to reach to ATH price, but it is so close as well which means at least it is easier than before now. Let's see it go beyond 4k+ first, that will be a big deal and after that we could see it grow even bigger as well. It is definitely going to be awesome, the price will break ATH for sure, I just don't know when it will do that.

Ethereum platform has always inspired bull run, but her platform is now on a suicide auto mission to destroy traders through gas fee. As it stands now, ETH is not the only project leading the bull run. Smart contract platforms allowing Defi to thousands of their users is leading the bull run. They all draw inspiration from Ethereum and hence try to connect to eth Mainet via bridge.

The rise of Ethereum is really good enough currently.
However, actually, it is not the only Ethereum. We can see many altcoins are also increasing with a high percentage so far.
I believe that the bullish trend may be starting again.
Moreover, Bitcoin price is also not dropped enough so that it can be one of the good signals for increasing.

I am also wondering that ETH may really pass the ATH, hopefully soon or before this year-end.
ETH has a great chance to rise up, again and again.

I think that the rise of mainstream currencies are always signals of positive movements of altcoins in the future .All altcoins follow Bitcoins global trends. It happens because if people see that BTC is falling and a bear market is soon, they sell off altcoins first, as they are more risky. So we often observe that when there is a severe crash of BTC, all other coins also fall.

Not just ETH, if you look at it in terms of bitcoin then everything is clear. The problem is that the constant nostalgia helps limit the growth, if you have read some news like former president Trump saying that crypto is a disaster. Everyone's opinion will be different, instead of looking at anyone's point of view, think for yourself and evaluate it. Personally I see no problem at all, as I came into it not looking for quick profits and time will tell, I have been patiently waiting for this market not only this period but now even later.

The Ethereum price will sideway with uptrend for this week IMHO, and that is good chance to alts to growing healthy. This is good chance to add more bag in alts before it goes up while Ethereum will reach $5k in couple next week like what i believe.
If my prediction was right, i will get double profit when i put investment now in alts and change it to Ethereum when it $5k. I hope so.

At the moment ethereum is around $3,950 and Bitcoin is already at above $51 which signifies a unified market movement both are gaining at price at the same time but it will be a slow and steady price I believe before the middle of this week ethereum will surpass 4k.

yes this is indeed a signal for all crypto coins. but I don't think it will last long. so choose wisely which coin to buy, or you will be disappointed because the price doesn't go up. The state of ethereum is a natural signal for all altcoins, when good ETH is high, other altcoins will always follow, especially altcoins that are on the ERC20 network.

we can actually see ethereum revive the altcoin market. this is a good signal because choosing an altcoin is not so difficult for short term trading. the most important thing is not to get carried away by emotions to continue trading. immediately exit if conditions do not allow. take advantage of it. and immediately switch to another asset. because the signals that appear seem to be alternately belonging to several altcoins in the market.

The influence of Bitcoin on other Cryptocurrencies is there but not so big or not on all Altcoins. When Bitcoin goes up, maybe Ethereum, Binance and some Top Altcoins also go up, but there are also Altcoins that don't go up in price or even decrease. When you are looking for the bull runs, it is usually bitcoin that goes up first. Remember all the other alt seasons and you will realize that first it is bitcoin that goes up, meanwhile alts go up only in fiat but not too much in bitcoin price, even maybe drop in bitcoin price sometimes as well. When bitcoin reaches to a point where it is hard to make more money or at least keep making that type of return that ends up with a lot of altcoins start taking turns and going high. I believe that the same thing will happen this year as well, first bitcoin and ethereum will go up to high levels, then it will pour into other coins as well and go super high.

Just as I thought it's just another quick bull trap and I feel sorry for those people who fall for it thinking that it's another bull run. Lol I bet some whales right is laughing due to gaining their profit from those who buy at $50k. And it seems that most altcoins fall for it thinking it's another bull run.

People do really never learn from the past but if they were just new in the market I would understand but for those who believe that this is gonna get us far to break another ATH is a delusion. Just look at the chart already and you will see how those lines drop to almost all altcoins.

Bitcoin is like a magnet that has been able to attract the attention of many people from the past until now. But what is happening in the market at the moment I notice the rising price of Bitcoin has little effect on the price of Ethereum. If we study further, it is Solana who has had an impact on the increase in Bitcoin for this year even though Bitcoin has fallen again in price.

this is a great scenario happening in the market for this year. Bitcoin price lows $29K this year and $50K in my opinion the average price and Bitcoin could return to $60K price within this year and altcoins also experience a decline of more than 10%.

if most of the coins are in bullish then yes the bull run has started but that all became possible because of btc and not because of eth .
 eth can be like every other coin that follows the path of btc.
 let us hope that this time the bull run can be more longer so that the anticipated prices for cryptos especially in btc will now be reached  .

I think its already a trend that once bitcoin reaches its new ATH, ethereum will also be expecting a bullish price, if not aleast its in a good price. And definitely if ethereum will stay in its bullish price, most of the altcoins will also be affected making their value too are seen to increase. And with that, a new altcoins season might definitely arise.

As far as i'm concern, i know i'm optimistic having bitcoin and ethereum to become bullish before this year ends. The last quarter of the year are mostly the time when  bullish season starts like we had in the previous years so maybe this is the reason that we are already entering the bullish season and it will be possible with bitcoin reaches its all time high soon.   

The ethereum market always follows the Bitcoin trend. Once the bitcoin market took action, all other coins will follow the same trend. Ethereum can not survive the market. Alone, it relies heavily on the Bitcoin market. But again, ethereum is a front-line coin in the altcoin market. It has to serve as the blockchain that houses most of the altcoins, so it has a good market price.

I don't think that Eth is necessarily a going to be a catalyst for other coins' growth in the future.

Most of the hype that is surrounding ETH right now is sort of limited to ETH's infrastructure itself and does not extend to other altcoins. E.g. ETH2.0 and upcoming staking rewards.

Whilst the price movements of ETH and most other alts are certainly correlated in some ways, it is by no means a causal relationship.

We are now in the second week of this last quarter and seems that the market falls back.

To those who start their investment during the pump are now losing some decent portions of their investment,
Better to hold if you don't have any stop and loss set up. Panic will lead you to lose more.

We don't know though if this is just another good correction before another bull run to hit the market and start running stronger.

Q4 usually ends up in a high, but that doesn't mean that we won't have any lows at all this year neither. We could have some lows that followed by a huge high afterwards. I personally want to actually believe that bitcoin is doing fine right now, accumulation phase is not something horrible and we could always hang in there. Obviously it is not going to be easy to reach 50k+ levels in a day or two, it could take some time to get there, but remember if it can drop from 52k to 46k in under 1 hour, it can do the same in an hour as well.

We had billions upon billions of dollars sold in the market in under 1 hour by some whales that caused this crash, who to say they won't buy that much as well? We could see that too. Which is why I am keeping my hope, I believe it could happen.

No matter how good the achievements experienced by ETH, I don't think it can affect the growth of other altcoins, because ETH can only build its own network, it's different with bitcoin can provide very real changes to the development of the crypto market, where all altcoins always follow the trend Bitcoins.

I think OP by now has got the answer. When BTC goes up everything goes up and vice verse. Ethereum after falling to 3200$ is now trading around 3500$. I still feel that market is highly unstable and its not the right time to buy BTC or Eth. When Eth was trading around 3900$, there were predictions that Eth next target is 5k$. Nothing is certain in crypto market.

Bitcoin does often go up first compared to altcoins, even if we notice several times the alt seasons came after Bitcoin experienced a price increase.
What's interesting is that when the Bitcoin price finally starts to stabilize, it doesn't move too volatile. Sometimes slowly some altcoins will rise
even higher, it happens because some people trade altcoins to be able to make a profit.

Crypto market is really known to be highly unstable because of its high volatility. But I don't agree about the right time to buy or not of btc or eth. Because it depends on your strategy how to take profit. For example, you can buy right now and sell it once the price is above your buying price, whether small or big profit, as long as you are on the positive side. So, what am I saying here is that, practice the simple rule in trading - buy low, sell high.

I think this fact of Ethereum leading or signalling the next bull run for other cryptocurrencies started few months or weeks ago and this is seen when the London hard fork was implemented and was proved effective by the crypto community. It was from there that other blockchains like Solana started getting the right attention and it kicked off its own growth, ADA on the other hand announced their smart contract features and it's price started growing as well.
In other words, it can be said that Ethereum shifted the attention to blockchains and this has caused a lot of blockchain platforms to grow massively, while it's left for projects based on these blockchains to leverage the hype and attention to grow as well, which they are doing pretty well.

It is not surprising that the price of ETH has fallen, since BTC has fallen in price more than 12% and this causes many of the highs to fall, therefore ETH has also fallen below $ 4k, for now it has dropped to $ 3.4k:

You must have got your answer by now. Its the second Bullish run in last 6 monhs by Eth. Agree or not, crypto market is mostly controlled by BTC price and Eth can cross its ATH of 4100$ only if BTC continued its journey above 50k$.
I dont recommend buying ETH at such high price (close to ATH). If someone buys at such high price, chances are he may struck for long period.

There's no certainty whatsoever when it comes to crypto. Even the experts only speculate after running their technical analysis... And I think that's why some add DYOR and NFA at the back of their post/talk.

Ethereum is sowing strong rally but still everything is dependent upon bitcoin. If bitcoin can't clear the resistance and move above 50K, all the altcoins will suffer.

Also i think for short term, ethereum prices may decline but if you are long tern holder, you can buy eth at the current prices.

and talking about bullrun of all altcoins? bitcoin must lead and not ETH , this has happen in the past but now look at bitcoin dominance? stable in position so altcoin has no movement as that.

  market during the bullish is totally gaining more attention because of some good news about cryptocurrency especially when it comes ethereum because of the forking and bitcoin because of El Salvador, so don't be surprise why it happened because that's how the market works nowadays wherein it's about good news and FOMO.

Ethereum market is currently on a slow bull movement compared to when the London hard fork just happened. Throughout the entire cryptocurrency, the market has witnessed some resistance action since the crash happened over a week ago.

When bitcoin moves up we can expect movement in altcoins also. In my opinion altcoins value very much depends on Bitcoin value. Can't say the market is signaling a new season or not but I noticed in the past 4 years when BTC rises altcoins also moves up in USD value. Alone Ethereum bullishness will not be helpful for all other altcoins.

In some cases, I agree with that.  Take a look at the price reactions of Ethereum 2.0 as the August hard fork was followed by a massive rally in altcoins like Sol, Avax, ADA, BNB…etc and some predictions that altcoin season has begun.  .  But in some other cases it doesn't map that dependency at all.

Looking at the current market I will say the altcoin bull season has faced some resistance and not only altcoin is facing this resistance even Bitcoin and other stocks in the market are witnessing the same level of resistance, ADA was performing well in the market in the early last week but it market crash some moments later only Hex coin at the moment still holding it price despite a red chart moment.
