Title: Twitter is now beta testing a Bitcoin lightning tipping service

They are integrating with Strike it appears. Do they require KYC/AML? If so how is this different than PayPal?

There is a huge difference between previous tipping services and this Lightning Network tipping service, because previous tipping services like ChangeTip was run on a centralized database within the 3rd party software that was provided by that platform. (Off-chain)

Now we have a side-chain service that are linked to the Blockchain and it is almost instantaneous ...so we are one step closer to having a actual tipping service that runs on the Blockchain. (A pipe dream for most early Bitcoiners for years)  ;)

I hope this one survives, because the previous attempts all failed.  :(
