Good season for all altcoin
I have noticed this year has been so Good for all altcoin since from 2018/19 after the 2017 bloody season many project has been struggling to survive from the pains, 2020 would have been another favorable year but Covid-19 bounce each an everyone's door causing another great challenges, some of project that would have launched early 2020 folded and waiting for the air to clear so while many plans were delayed but this year every project seems to bounced back, what a great year!
i called this year a year of Doge  ::)

And how do you see this year?

I wouldn't call it a year of doge. It's not only dogecoin that reached peak by this year.

Bitcoin reached another all time high and the same as other altcoins like Ethereum, Solana and others. And with what I see this year, it's been stable and long enough to expect the high prices to stay.

I think that we'll be seeing better in 2022 or a little bit lower.

This year is especially significant for me as only in 2021 I started working with crypto. Before it, I had just followed this market, I checked the price of Bitcoin, but I didn’t invest as I considered this market to be too risky and I was scared to start. Also I wasn’t completely aware of how to buy crypto and where to store it. but this year I tried yield farming and staking firs,t and this way I started my work with crypto.

Doge only has a minor moment in this year. There are so many things to say, especially when bitcoin is more than $60000. With the current momentum, I believe that $100000 is possible, as well as it will drag the The global crypto market cap to $5T.

Right now, I am trying my best to trade and accumulate more altcoin so that I can have $100000 at the end of this year

DOGE has raised the price too high and the motivation is not from the project itself. Elon Musk causes DOGE to raise prices.
I prefer altcoin projects because they have a lot of creativity inside. As long as Bitcoin continues to rise, the chances of an altcoin bull run are very bright. Although September is usually a bearish month, we have October, November, and December as good months to see altcoins grow strongly.

It is certainly a good season not only with the altcoins but of the entire market except those worthless projects. As long as Bitcoins keep this momentum, it was really to see that altcoins are also in the bullish season. Quite surprising as we are thinking that it drops after the Bullrun but seeing on the current situation, it was clear to say that nobody could rightly predict the market.

I feel happiness those people who buy altcoins before the surge and they might sell it now for a profit.

The current altcoin season is much better than before, there is a lot of ROI happening and new altcoins are arriving but already getting high ROIn that's why investors are more confident in what they are doing but honestly I feel what I invested in the beginning so this is a risk but ROI which can be so high if successful.
My portfolio is still filled with some of the top altcoins but some I'm splitting to look for new altcoins but I'm picking what I know but until the end of the year altcoins will still be better.

The year of Dogecoin?!
From market observations that I monitor every day, I feel this year will be more suitable for the year of Polygon (MATIC) coin. Polygon coin currently has experienced a 12.91% increase in market cap, while Dogecoin has only experienced an increase of 0.08% in a matter of days (read CMC). If we may know, what made you say that this year is the year of Dogecoin.

Yeah, most of the altcoins are doing good in this year. The price of altcoins are also increasing with the price of major coins. I think it is the best time to invest on popular and potential altcoins if anyone wishes to earn profit.

The doge people do not look at indicators, do not look at the charts, do not care about anything basically that should make sense for any regular person to buy any currency. The only thing they care about is creating hype to go viral, if they can do that then suddenly doge goes 10x or something and everyone goes crazy, okay maybe not 10x from this price but it has skyrocketed before, only because they were getting super hyped, and doing it themselves as well, they pumped each other out and increased the price to a level it shouldn't have been.

So, could it be year of doge? Sure it could be, it could reach to a super high level, all depends on what they will do next, they could go crazy and make it 1+ dollar as well, or they will leave it and make it 1 cent, who knows? Nothing about doge has ever made sense, doubt it will start to make one soon.

But we don't know yet about the capability of doge as now Vitalik is now part as board member in doge project. Right now, we can't see anything of significant from doge. But I won't label this year as year of doge because for me, it is not. Maybe more on year of bitcoin as we saw the new ATH this year at about 64k.

Doge holders will always hype up their coin because they are holders, so it is up to you how you will react to this situation.

This could be a better alt season, although I am not sure to call the current market pump altcoin season. The bloody 2018 alt season RIP costed big us, maybe it is time for the market to recover some of our losses. I personally expect a sudden pump on the altcoin prices, LTC already gained 15% in the last 24 hours. Probably, TRX and XRP will go over 30% gain in a week if nothing bad happens. You know fake news and speculative social media posts affect the decisions of market participants.

Investing in the top altcoins sounds cool but tbh it doesn't worth doing small trades with small capital. I prefer to trade with a big balance and get a small percentage than going all in and get 50% in a week. Earning profit is easier with big capital, so earn capital first. The rest can be done within time but without capital, all you know is the knowledge without applying in practice.

If you are saying people must buy altcoin now, i would disagree as it seems altcoin season will be here soon. Don't buy any altcoin or you could be in 2018 again when there were blood in altcoins after it pumped multiple times. All we can do only stick to market and see what's actually going on with altcoin , because BTC dominance also keep dropping, as my post currently BTC dominance is around 40%

I am also waiting for the altcoin season, looks like it's going to be altcoin season soon, I hope it happens this September, I have invested in altcoins too and hopefully they can launch their products this September.

Lucky to those who bought at cheap and already in profit right now because most of the altcoins are doing good, and the top altcoins reach their high for almost four months of being down. Now is the time to make money, either to sell and take profit or reinvest your money with altcoins, I see the bright side by investing on NFT projects. Altcoins are following the footsteps of Bitcoin by pumping, a great sign.

Yes I agree today is the best day to invest on altcoins because altcoins are now really rising not only the top 10 altcoins but also some new altcoins are now showing a good sign because of the effect of the bullish market to them. The best preparation is to buy more and hold till Bitcoin soar up high or make a new ATH I am sure that altcoins will surely follow if Bitcoin become more bullish in the next few weeks.

Yes we can say that but I think all time low of coins has been passed it can be much better if we take entry at earlier positions but altocoins has options to entry, not all altocoin has gone up. If Bitcoin price goes stable then we will get profits from altocoins from here as well. It's upto traders choice that he will takes entry or they will see Bitcoin price, Because as I feel btc price may drop

DOGE has a good run on this year and make sure to throw a tiny bit into really low caps that were big in 2017. If this new cycle is like the last one then it doesn't matter what the coin is, as long as it's on an exchange it will pump hard. Think like LBRY, ARK, Civic, Maid, Fun plus a bunch more on page 2-3 of coingecko.

of course this year all crypto currency were doing well but sad to say we are at the mid of the year wherein bearish season will exist without knowing like what analyst views nowadays after the massive correction in the market. But its only a speculation actually and like what you said because of covid19 crypto market seems still very strong despite of the situation.. So let's just hope that the bearish will not stay for long like what happened in the previous year.. Indeed buyers still strong this month and i agree with that , so let's just keep our finger crossed that after this correction market will explode again without further do like what experts views nowadays.

There is no doubt 2021 has been a wonderful year so far for many altcoins especially for Ethereum, Solana and Cardano which are still moving with a positive momentum beside this the NFT trend is increasing rapidly which is leaving absolutely positive impact on cryptocurrency market hopefully the remaining four months of 2021 will bring amazing occasions for crypto lovers.

I got a lot of profit from trading altcoins this year, because as you said, this year the performance of altcoins has been extraordinary. Moreover,
almost all of the top altcoins reached ATH this year, I believe this altcoins bullish trend will last until the end of this year. So the possibility of
approaching the end of the year altcoins prices should be able to rise even higher, therefore I have bought several popular altcoins to hold until
the end of this year. Because I believe that some of the coins that I HODL will give a big profit at the end of the year.

from many altcoins exist in the market and show good potential why should doge?  ;D  I'm also sure some altcoins would be great this year but I prefer cardano. solana . eth . for meme coin I don't really believe it anymore maybe because of what happened few month ago at Elon Musk and the emergence of another meme coin that made the image of the meme coin just a coin bubble and very dangerous. ​this is just my opinion  ;)

that's probably because of the powerful pump that this year's doge has experienced.
but looking at the current condition of the doge market, it looks more stable without such a big movement. there is a small increase and then a correction. not much movement I guess.
there are more altcoins in the market today that move fast for short trades. I tried a few altcoins that are gaining momentum this week such as SOL, AUDIO, FIL, and SLP. for daily I think can still benefit.
and in the market there are many other altcoins too, even most of them are getting good moves, in turn getting upgrades.

Dogecoin has never been on page 2 - 3 in coinecko, even though Dogecoin is basically a meme, but in terms of interest and demand in the market, Dogecoin always has a very large volume among other meme coins and also among the coins you mentioned that.

This year is full of so many improvement that has really spiked the price of altcoins to a level of high rewards for investors who have taken there time to invest in cryptocurrency. There is more to what we are seeing now because I know good altcoins like Bnb, Ethereum, Solena and others are going to have a great bullish move this year especially the price of ethereum hitting it highest high to reach $4k which is very strange to investors.

Altcoins have been more generous with trust and strength at this point as the mechanism of bitcoin holders has shifted to the long term.  That is the key condition that helps the bullish season of most altcoins have begun.  The frenzy in Sol, ETH, and ADA all take their cues from bitcoin's Hold structure.

doge only has a small moment, but doge is hype by influencers, so it's wrong if people say this year is the year of doge.

good move bro, you are trying to collect and trade coins. my advice is to choose coins that have good potential, and don't get caught up in the type of coins that are only temporary hype because it will make you lose. do your best mate, good luck

Because it's one of my favorite coin i bagged then, so this year there is so much increase i mean the ATH for 2021 since it was launched till now. You see though i know too well that all other currencies gained their ATH but it's favored to those who is holding series of them.

most at time people get supported to the currencies they are holding and trying to make them of good increase, just like ETH; many user hold lot of ETH and they always speculate about hitting to $10k  ;D

Using the word Good for ALL altcoin is hypothetical because there are many altcoins that does not perform even better this year, example TRON in which remaining in its level for years now.

As long as the bitcoin price still has good moves like this, the altcoin will have more chances to increase and some altcoin will get the opportunity to increase. Maybe we will see the next altcoin season this year and then bitcoin will have another rally. This year brings good hope for people who invested in crypto a few years ago because they can now see their portfolio amount increase and depend on them when they sell their coins. Many projects use this year to come back to the market and have good movements so the investor can back to make a profit.

It's the year of Bitcoin in my opinion because after 2017 Bitcoin just moved flat in the market. In my opinion, the year of Dogecoin is not suitable, because there are still many other Altcoins that have increased positively since the middle of this year. We also don't underestimate Dogecoin which can surprise the market because they can always make a difference.

dogecoin, ethereum, BNB, matic, and many more. overall this market is growing very well. many advantages have been gained from investing in the past and day trading in this year.

I do not see it as the year will have that, but more like "season" like how school and sports seasons, from September to May/June or something like that. I believe that bitcoin could probably have a good season from here till may and that will eventually rile up the altcoins as well and we will have a good period where they all break their ATH and reach to a new level that we haven't seen yet. Things like 100k at bitcoin, 10k at ethereum, 1k at bnb, all of those things look possible but I am not sure if January is enough for that.

Maybe we should take a look at a bit longer, I say by next summer it could possibly happen. Then as usual we will probably have a crash again but this time I am assuming it will crash to the current prices and not to like 30k or something like that.

in this year almost all Altcoins reached new ATH which previously slumped for more or less three years since the beginning of 2018, this is a tremendous revival and now the price movement is the most stable at very high prices if we look at it from previous years, I think this will continue to happen until this year ends and it is not impossible that at the end of the year we will see many Altcoins reach their new ATH.

Yes, so far this year has been a good one, and I believe one of the prominent things which lead to the growth of the market is the huge adoption taking place that is, more cooperation are coming in and more countries are seeing the possibilities within crypto. Also, Defi has played its part and still doing so well, and currently NFTs are leading the trend. Also, you are correct about it being the year of the Doge, moreover, it was Doge that lead the way for Meme coins and in turn the market grew more as a result of the shitcoin season.
Furthermore, it looks more like good blockchain ecosystems are taking the centre stage of growth in this current market, a good example is SOL which has been surprising a lot of people, and not only that most of its ecosystem projects are growing as well, one won't also be quick to forget ADA and the growth so far. I think we will be seeing more soon from most of these blockchains like Algorand, Fantom etc.

Well a lot of good things have happened this year and more good news are expected, for example,  I read that this year btc can be as high as 100k, I have read in different sources, even though it is all base on speculation but there is a possibility it will happen,  so if this happens to btc I expect alts to benefit from it as well, so am very bullish and optimistic.

It is understandable that people have high hopes for so many coins, people realized long time ago that they can't make the same amount of money from bitcoin, making a 10x is very difficult for bitcoin, but some 534th coin could make that very easily because the potential is there and it doesn't require too much money, with few million dollars in a week and you are there.

However just because there is a potential doesn't mean that we should buy it, otherwise we would have to split our money into top 500 coin all equally hoping that some of them will make us some profit, which it will not because what you lose will be bigger than what you earn. This is why I try to stay away from unknown coins and go with the ones I am comfortable with, definitely easier profit making.

The year isn't over yet, but it's definitely been a fun year. Many people got rich thanks to many scam tokens, new investors made a lot of money. Older investors were a little more cautious :D
The doge had a very good rise and added momentum to the bull. But I think the most important thing is NFT. We'll still be talking about nft now, and maybe in a month or two. I think this is also very exciting

This year has been a great year for the crypto market, bitcoin and all altcoins grow and hit new ATH. After more than 2 months of going sideways since June, We are witnessing a bullish season again. I hope this bullrun season lasts until the end of the year.
I'm not sure if this year is Doge's year or not? but I believe Q4 2021 will be the time of ETH. Vitalik and the ETH development team are trying to accelerate the launch of ETH2.0 in time for the end of the year or early 2022. This is the most anticipated event and it will be a factor to help the market continue to grow.

This year has no improvement for low gaining altcoins, maybe only miracle can tell when is the perfect time for them. Bouncy behavior was only seen on promising alts like xrp, trx and doge but for other low ranks it wasn't good. However we're not yet having altcoins glory, definitely it's a long waiting time.

I don't think this is the year of doge, even if there are many coins that are like doge coins created but there are also another hype that come after it. NFT is also performing really well, this year so many NFT has reached their new ATH even while the market is in bearish.The hype of NFT is still going on and will probably last until the end of the year and there are many NFT based games that are ready to become big project just like Axie Infinity where it has successfully become a big game project and start the NFT game hype and caused other NFT game projects to be achieving the same success as Axie Infinity. Yes, we need to take a look at it a bit longer and the important is that we need to have more patience to wait for that. While the price is not moving fast, we can use this time to accumulate the coin we have to expect to make a big profit later in the next bull run.

alot another altcoin have growth bigger than dogecoin, this coin become phenomenon because elon musk shill it regularly. maybe there is no popular figure shill dogecoin , maybe its coin still recognized as shitcoin. but trend or phenomenon that happen to doge coin bring posiitive impact to another coins, investors courage speculate their money into meme coin to huge extra ordinary profits.

I call this year the year of Bitcoin because the movement was so great after 2017 Bitcoin is no longer on a good chart, maybe one of the factors at this time because of the influence of the country of El Salvador which has legalized Bitcoin.

Doge isn't one of the coins that went up this year? What are you talking about? Doge was 1 cent at the start of the year and it is now 28 cents, even after such a fall they are still doing 28x from start of the year, what else could you ever need.

Technically speaking it was 0.004$ at the start of the year as well, so that is actually even much higher more than x50+ profit made in a single year, how could you believe that is not one of the biggest earners? I would accept 25x or so because the early days of the year it went up a bit, but then it skyrocketed to a lot, the highest point was 72 cents which means the bottom and peak of this year was around 180x profit this year. I do not believe doge deserved that at all and I dislike the coin but I have to say they did went up more than they should, a 180x difference between bottom and peak is no joke.

I don't know if the season of Alts is still missing but I think it is a good time to have good money invested in some alts, however one of the alts that are already giving what to talk about is LINK, DOT, UNI, SOLANA, Cointelegraph da a very good analysis:

Just by seeing the behavior of all the alts, they see an eventual bullish movement for all, I think it is due to the bullish movement of BTC, some are beginning to confirm the trend, but it is a matter of waiting and not rushing.

after previous crash in few moments ago today we never seen significant fud that suffering market. And now most of investors confidence to buy more bitcoin in every dip. taking money management in every trades will help us to avoid stop out or floating minus while suddenly market dumped just like recent movement. i am agree taking profits was needed to secure our money.

Dogecoin or meme coins are full of surprises because it can pump very suddenly thats why it's speculative because if it can pump suddenly it can also get dumped suddenly but as I see this year, ETH already getting so high in price and I think this year the altcoin that grow so much is ETH.
Even if ADA has become the third market cap coin I think the market cap difference compared to ETH is still too big and maybe ADA is just replacing BSC in market cap while ETH is very bullish and can break the ATH anytime or it can be dumped again because market starting to become bearish.

This year is really the best not only for altcoins but also for bitcoin. Established coins mostly reach their new ath this year making the investors to profit huge from their investment. It is also the year where doge skyrocket and because of this the meme coins started to create a hype in the market with many of it existing to follow what doge has achieved.

Compared to past years, and even we are facing a pandemic up to this moment, its undeniably this year is the time wherein bullish season takes place. Although correction is present but still it was not worse that investors are losing interest and hope.

It could happen again and Bitcoin will peak this year. $63K already happened despite the previous low in early January of $29,374 and it looked like Bitcoin would sink by then. I'm sure Bitcoin has a great story this year and will be a year full of drama.

Each of us has a different way of thinking and that would be great in a discussion. If you say Ethereum is very emerging and growing so well this year, I don't argue, but Ethereum's price movement has no effect when Bitcoin's price rises to $52K.

In my view, I think things are moving in the right direction for cryptocurrency in 2021. Some major institutions are on board, new adopters will be able to take advantage of a head start. I dont think that yesterdays crash was caused by correction. According to bybt, nearly $3 billions of futures were liquidated yesterday and it caused that price drop.
But I agree that new options to entry new alts appear. I would buy an alt that probably lost the most in price yesterday. Solana probably might a good decision, as they plan to introduce smart contracts soon. But it also might be a risky investment, as Solana was on hype for quite a long time, and smart contracts might appear less cool than expected.

Don't you think that this could be a merely news to let the market drop and they bag enough the currency??
i know too well as the crypto market is being driven by news and any information gotten from most of the firm believing this could be possible.

Behind the current downturn in market conditions with Bitcoin ever reaching the highest price of $63K, I think this year is more of the year of Solana Coin and Bitcoin. Solana will be able to advance amid a wave of big Altcoin rivals like Ethereum and Binance Coin and I don't see Dogecoin coming back this year.

There are many coins that goes good but there are also others that remains lowering , also there are coin like Tron in which being expected to make some good growth but yet stays stagnant in its value .

What is certain is that the current cryptocurrency market condition is not stable

The half year was the year for bitcoin wasn't it? I mean I get that since early June or something we have started to fall, there was a fall from peak 64k to under 30k and we managed to recover a bit of it, even with the current fall we are at around 45-46 most of the time, so it is really not that bad is it? Start of the year was under 30k and right now we are over 40k+, how could that be a "bad year" for bitcoin?

I get that we had a huge fall, I get that we are not doing great "now" but that's about it, just because we can't broke ATH again this year, doesn't mean that it is not the year for bitcoin. I hope to see 60k+ again before this year ends, but if it doesn't end then I would still consider 2021 as the year of crypto.

Since the start of this year 2021, the market had already been at its best market position, altcoins are performing well, and still, it sustains until of these days. Although we only have almost 4 months left in this year, I'm still confident that we ended up this year with such an amazing trend Bullish.

2021 is a great year for new projects like meme coins and NFT's. They are boldly in hype but not sure how they could stand it next year or they will lose their value next year.

Maybe Ethereum price is not moving while Bitcoin is bullish and making a significant price increase caused by Ethereum already rising in price few days ago.
But unfortunately the price of Ethereum was also going down because bitcoin is going down as well. This means the price of altcoin even a coin like Ethereum that has big market capitalisation was still easily influenced.
But, solana was still rising as you said and it's already giving good return of investment and probably will give a lot more return of investment in the future.

Honestly I think alts are going to take somewhat of a hit.  2022 might be a bad year.  This run up has been insane in tes of percentage increases.  With the market going sideways people might get itchy and start taking some profits.  It won't continually go up and in the past Bears have come real hard, don't know if this will be any different.  A lot of speculative trading going on right now.

this is like a wish that came true after waiting 3 or 4 years since 2017 until now. the most important thing is the stability of the hype. I see if until the end of 2021 this can be stable or even until 2022 the market can still hold on to the increase. I am optimistic about it especially for the top 10 coins of coinmarketcap.

Just look at the recovery and you would understand what bitcoin means to people. Look at how it had a crash and then recovered over 48k+ very easily, it was under 45k for a while for a few days there and we recovered so easily. This is the proof that back in the day there were times when it dropped and people would actually stay away, the only reason for that was the fact that bitcoin was still an unknown for many people, whereas we are doing much better now.

People think 2018 crash was big but that recovered quite easily, look at 2014 peak and then the crash, it required until late 2017 for us to break over that, that is nearly 3 years of being quite low just because people didn't know about it. the alt season is still there and is still visible, but it really hasn't been able to move it to be able to rise for alt itself. because there hasn't been a strong push from bitcoin's increase.
