Welcome to the forum and congratulation for your ICO. But on the topic you have posted is almost not present any information. You should post detail information also post it on good formation with image. As it is a large project you should buy copper membership. Also, if possible hire an ann designer sothat s/he can create a good design for you.

dCombat is a platform both for content and crypto transactions, so the physical part of MMA sports is bridged through the production and broadcast of content. This includes matches and related content that can both be streamed live and hosted on the platform (turning it into an asset, if you will).

Moreover, we are working on solutions that change the stakes of the physical game in terms of how fighters are financed. This is where the DAO structure becomes instrumental because token holders directly influence participants, matches and how they are included on the platform.

This is a very ambitious project, as you you can imagine, and we're excited to commit all of our energy to make it happen.

Yes, we are establishing our own 'forum' with sponsorships that will commence toward the later part of 2022.

Can you share smart contract of your token, or detailed information about the token.
Is it legal for you to promise a profit of at least 500%? How do you guarantee this?

The return per token is a low-end projection reached by comparing data from dozens of similar ICOs in the past. We are confident the token will reach it as a minimum based on our own efforts and the market data at hand.

Friends, here's a quick update:

After some deliberation we have decided to migrate to the Binance Smart Chain.

As you all know, Ethereum fees are quite prohibitive now, so the BSC is an excellent alternative.

The Binance Smart Chain gives us all:

• (much) Lower fees
• shorter transaction times
• more money to spend
• all around bliss :)

Accordingly, the dCombat token is available in exchange for Binance Coins. Get your BNB ready for the 20th of November!

For airdrop recipients this just means you have to add the BSC network in Metamask, that's all  :)

Is the partnership agreement already signed or is it still in negotiation phase? If it's already fixed and signed, I failed to see why the other party require discretion as it's a good publicity for them, given you're the first (as you claimed) to brought fighting sport to defi.

The lower fees doesn't mean the project will be a good one. If that is correct then all the admin/owner of crypto site would use only those platform which use lower fees. We should check which is user friendly, which is cost effective, which is safe and so on. So, lower fees can be a part of a good project, nothing else.

That's true. But at the end of the day it's the investors who get burned by high fees, so BSC is definitely more end-user friendly than Ethereum right now.

You uhh... missed my last question. Is there a particular reason why you're reluctant from giving more information about the partnership? This partnership is a major ones, right? A nation-wide firm?

The deal is signed with a condition precedent, that's why we will announce details after the ICO.

is only airdrop available for dCombat promotional events? whether there are no other events such as bounty, ama or others that can expand the reach of your project, this is needed because in the sales stage it is certainly very important to promote

I'm sure they have such plan since I see they say will make this project launch the biggest ICO of 2021, so they surely have thought like you are and that's right, it's really needed. However airdrops are an easy way to expand a community group, no wonder they did it early and first.
Still have about 60 days more to see their ICO started, perhaps another promotional event will launched by them while waiting for the sale to begin.

Do you already have an agreement with related parties (MMA fighters)?
You said that MMA tokens will be trading on Binance soon, Has this been confirmed by Binance?

We have the preliminary set of agreements in place with a condition precedent. As such, right now I can only reveal that we will work with clubs from the Caucasus region and an American firm.

Once everything is under way we will see to have it listed on Binance among others. Rest assured, it's well worth the wait!  :)

But before that, you know right? about binance isn't an easy place for crypto to live in. This exchange, the rumors is they pay attention to everything and then judge whether or not it is worth to be listed. But for sure, the cost of listing in there is really expensive.

Two things I wanted to make sure on this statement, the binance you're talk about is the binance CEX, not the DEX? I used to meet this (arguably) dirty marketing where projects claimed they'll be on binance, and later on revealed that it was the DEX they're talking about. IIRC, it's far easier to be listed on the dex than the cex, as their quality and recognition is also not on the same level.

Second, in case it's the CEX you're talking about, just like my previous question, how far set in stone is it? I notice you said "we will see to have it listed", does this means you're just aiming for a binance, or are some significant steps already taken and approved?

If you already have an agreement, why don't you mention the name of your partner? wouldn't that be better?

I've seen several projects promising the Binance exchange, but they're all bullshit, other than that Binance doesn't want any announcements about the listing announced by the token party first. It has to be Binance who announces it first, otherwise the listing will likely be cancelled.

Our project centers on highly competitive sports. In the same way, our business model is highly competitive and that is why we aim as high as we can. When people are ready to help your project financially, the least you can do is to reward them with the best trading possibilities available, don't you agree?

The listing cost is included in the ICO soft cap, so we depend on you to make it happen. And once it happens, you can rest assured you can trade your tokens on established, trusted exchanges.

We aim for the major exchange on Binance. But of course token holders will be able to trade dCombat on other exchanges too. Like you, we don't like dirty marketing and it's critical that all token holders know exactly where and how they can use their tokens.

I'm aware that you didn't exactly answer my question, just diverting them with some ambiguous statements. The way I perceive your answer, you're just on some planning phase to get into binance, and you still haven't do any proper documentation or steps needed to be considered by binance because you need the fund raised by your crowdfund to pay the listing fee, so if you didn't raise enough, you would not even try to reach binance. That is how I read them,  I could be wrong, so maybe I need to ask you to answer with a short yes or no: have you been in contact with binance to discuss the listing?

You are welcome to read my replies any way you like. Active discussions are the lifeblood of any community such as the crypto world. We do have, however, all measures in place to follow through not just on our plans but our promises to investors.

The problem here is not what you write (or didn't write), what I read, and what people interpret. Your situation here is offering a business proposal and asking people to invest, in you. It will only be fair if they're given as much and as clear information as they need to help them decide, not an ambiguous and free-to-interpret answer.

If people are about to invest in a project (be it me or any other people) they should have an access to a clear and honest information of how prospective the project is. And on this specific matter, how likely will the project ends up in binance like you claim you will be. So I do really hope you can understand the situation where I, you, and everybody else sat and gave an answer that could leave as small as possible room for interpretation.

The question is very simple, and a short yes or no will give a lot of people helps in their decision, if you really want to be fair: have you been in contact with binance to discuss the listing?

Now you decide you don't want an active discussion with me and decide to give a gesture to dismiss my question? Or perhaps I read them from a wrong perspective? But sure, I'll bite. First, to clarify my status and position:

If you read my post history on this forum, then you'll also figured out that on those threads I attend and... asks in details, either the dev team finally gave up by stopped replying, suddenly cease from existence in the crypto world and abandoning their thread because I ask the question that obliterate their scam attempt, or they're legit and I stopped asking because they gave an adequate information and I think from that point anyone interested on investing can use the materials gathered from the questioning session as part of their DD.

For example, this project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5349326.0), which sounds very confident at first, ready for their token sale, turning rather aggressive when I ask details of their tokenomy, and then poofff... gone. On the other side, this project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5353601.0) seems rather legit (note that I didn't promote them by any means by saying this) they're backed by a company that's checked, they didn't care how much raised by the ICO, so I leave them alone.

And of course, in my very subjective opinion, I don't think my questions can be considered as nitpicking. Nitpick is the action associated with asking tiny, useless, and unimportant details. Perhaps something like a typo in a website, or a grammatical error, which (as far as I remember) I have never even bother to ask. I prefer the words scrutinizing if we have to put a label on my actions. I inspect closely.

As an example, I think digging for some details on this project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5358393.0) (a little out of topic, I was in touch with the CEO and waited for his feedback on the matter) kinda prove some degree of effort taken to investigate, uhh... I mean scrutinize a project.

Unless, of course, if you consider the information about your deal with binance is insignificant and unimportant. If that's the case, then yes, I think it's rather acceptable if you deem my question as nitpicky, as the description matched.

Next, I would have to beg to differ on the term of being constructive as I think it's rather subjective. To whom does it non-constructive? To readers who intend to invest, the information is rather beneficial to gain information. To a legit project developer who has nothing to hide, the exchange of conversation helps them explaining their project and give details that might be missed. For a project that is rather questionable and didn't want their stack of lies, scam project, and the likes, well then yes, I think I'm rather pesky from their perspective. Like what the bad guys in scooby doo said, "I would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids!" But to be fair, up to this point, I don't think you're trying to scam. Benefits of the doubt, of course.

Finally, the question is easy. You keep avoiding a direct answer is what makes this discussion lengthy and unnecessary, which raises more suspicion. So, please allow me to change my question and add just a tad bit of security measure, which I think kinda acceptable to be asked and... scrutinized over, given your statement:

If... I may suggest, if the answer is "no, we haven't," I would urge you to say "sorry, it's just a planning phase and we misworded our sentence". You'll lose some face, but I'm sure you can gain it back if you perform nicely, and certainly it'll save you from unnecessary further embarrassment. Like you, I really like to move forward from this topic into another cases

I think we can safely conclude from your previous reluctance of a direct answer, got offensive after I kept pushing, and now evading to respond altogether by pretending my last post didn't exist, that the previous statement of binance is a self-claim and a form of (dirty) marketing that you claimed to don't like, yet apparently you did. The action is noted.

Moving forward, as well as further proving that I'm not nitpicking but asking specific and detailed (as well as constructive, if I may self proclaim), may I know your company registration name and/or number? I can't find this info anywhere on your site and whitepaper, and based on your address, your office is in UK, which (as it appeared to me) is an virtual office, and looking for "dcombat" on companies registered on this address didn't bears any result.

The next major stages are:

1. Complete the ICO (Start: November 20 - End: December 24)
2. List the dCombat on exchanges
3. Launch the platform (~January 2022)
4. Convert the project-form to a full DAO
5. Continue to build the community
6. Produce top-quality content

2022 will be a busy and exciting year. We're working out the details for the live launch in July 2022 which is still set in Tbilisi, Georgia.
