I would suggest you install a bitcoin core and import the wallet.dat file then export private keys. After that install Electrum and import all private keys and then send all of your BTC to your hardware wallet. Do you still have the password of your wallet.dat file? You won't be able to export private keys from wallet.dat if you don't have a password unless if it's not encrypted. Adding this https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet You could use it to dump wallet of your wallet.dat file without downloading Bitcoin core just make sure that you have passphrase/password of that wallet.dat file.
