TIP: open a scam accusation thread about them using the proper format, see: Scam Report Format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0) and let them know about it. BIT49 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2681879) used to post in threads about them which makes me think there's a fair chance they care about their presence here.

What hash rate exactly do you expect? S9 miner hashrate is around 13TH/s on average is if you have 10 machines then the hashrate you can get is around 135TH/s.

Do you remotely access your miner?

Actually, If I'm the owner of where you hosted your miner I also charge for KW/h because if you have remote access anytime you can replace the firmware that could increase the miner's hashrate. It means it could also take more power so it must be charged by KW/h.

The only problem with their service is that they keep running the miner even the contracted date is 3 months past which is suspicious.

Are you the guy from this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5145072.0
He said he will host 10 miners on bit49?

Actually, I couldn't trust my miner to them because they don't have a reputation yet here on the forum, and even outside of this forum never heard of them. Someone promoting their service here on the forum but you shouldn't trust any shady site like that.

I found Bit49 listed on BBB https://www.bbb.org/us/co/colorado-springs/profile/cryptocurrency-exchange/bit-49-0785-87383518
Only 1 complaint in last 3 years

If anything goes wrong it's easy to complain to BBB. They act as a mediator and they forward your complaint to the business. They will have 2 weeks to reply. They can't force a company to issue a refund but it's like a consumers/businesses organization (I don't know if you need to be American or Canadian to contact them)

Hard to find something about them
