How can you condemn a person who wants the best?
Perhaps you don't want the best?
To condemn someone or put yourself in the place of this person, there cannot be one culprit in a pair.

This would upset me dearly to catch my wife kissing another man outside my house.   
I would not beat her because thats not my thing to do but I would get a divorce the very next day without any regrets.

So many laws today that even if you see your wife kissing someone, you still have no right to beat her.

If it was my wife just have to ask her if she doesn't love me anymore. You'll hate the drama, in the end, there will be blaming but If she says yes, there is nothing else to worry. A divorce suit will settle things. Having kids, however, is where you see the difference. it will come to what you'd agree and the drama will not end.  :D

I think my wife will not do that because he takes a position not too close with the other guy so she never does that. I know her and I really believe her but if she really does that in front of me, I will not be angry but I will send her back to her parents and introspect about what she is doing. But I know she will not do that in front or back to me.

If I have a camera I'll take a picture and charge them I'll put both of them in jail, I'll charge my wife for adultery the picture is a piece of big evidence I will not put justice to my hands and let the court punish them for what they did to me.
If she doesn't love me she should file a divorce and not put me in shame.

find out if it was her kissing him or him kissing her , both very different. i would personally dich her i cant live with one who broke my trust

Basically do no other thing other than to send her packing and file a divorce letter.
