It is much better if the old one is updated and bumped so that all can see it again in the front page rather than creating new thread. It's either you locked the other one or this one and focus on updating the thread for future updates, events or maintenance of the site or platform.

In reviewing your ToS and User Guide pages, I couldn't find the following: KYC requirements; Restricted locations and areas; VPN not mentioned. Is it allowed?

Fee is available in withdrawal page. You probably have missed it. I just have checked it. Current fee for BTC withdrawal is 0.00057 BTC or approx. $27 at current price which seems quite high ATM. I really don't get why the fee is so high; that's ridiculous.
On a side note, why Bitgame doesn’t support the bech32 format addresses? It only supports the legacy (address starting with 1) & P2SH addresses format.

Thank you for checking that out, I see now what was the problem, I didn't set six digits fund password and now I can see it after setting that up.
I saw even bigger withdrawal fees and bigger problem than that is small limit for daily transactions of only 0.02 BTC daily or only 0.006 for single transaction.

Yeah that's ridiculous that even if you withdraw the max limit a day, you are going to spend approx. $105 only for fee. However, I guess it's a limit for non KYC member though I haven’t checked it out as I'm not yet planning to move my small bets there. Nevertheless, I liked the platform. I may switch here in near future if the fee issue is fixed. I can't afford to pay such insane fee for small bets LOL.

You can check the withdrawal fee for each currency in Deposit&Withdrawal. The withdrawal fee for different currencies is different, just like the exchange.
But your other betting behavior on the platform, there is no handling fee.

In their case, it is not daily dividends. They have been for quite a while here already but seemed players here are not very interested or just what it seems. If they want to create a lil bit of noise, they can hold their campaign here in the forum, maybe even for few weeks just to refresh the community about their existence. Passive income is good especially if the casino is really making good money also, or there are really good number of active players, but if not, I don't know how they can sustain their daily dividends.

I like the design, it's easy on the eyes. I did notice the following though. At the bottom of the page, you have those names for different game providers, names for different coins, chains, etc. However, nothing happens when you click on them. I think those buttons should either redirect users to the official sites of those providers or redirect the players to all the games that you are hosting by that specific party on your casino. That's the way some other competitors of yours do it. The way it is now is just odd.

Anyway, the site is good and easy to navigate and having 20+ crypto options is a great move people don’t need to ask for any cheap tokens to be used for. But one thing I noticed upon visiting your casino because I myself is most commonly visit the FAQ because reading a TOS quite takes time to read it. If possible can you also add a FAQ so that those who frequently ask a question will easily spot it, just like knowing if the site will require KYC or not? Overall, your casino is good, and hopefully, you find your success here and promotion is a good step towards that goal.

Yes, I do agree that FAQ section is also an important one to include in those tabs.
Normally, for a new user, we have the same questions, like minimum deposit/withdrawal, fees, KYC and others.
So not to say this over and over again because it might not be seen within this thread, better publish it under FAQ section.
Also, not all users will register and check those things, sometimes, they want to check those details before signing up.

By the way, I've seen in previous page, the withdrawal fee in btc is quite high. Maybe, you can lower it to accommodate small time rollers.

I agree FAQ should be added for most common questions like you mentioned. Terms of use is too long and the Academy does not have answers for those questions.

Product lancing is a completely same  like betfurry, but the system hasn't improved as much as betfurry. Betfury initially gave customers a lot of staking to see if they could make a bitgame possible. But I am sure bitgame would make their platform development like betfurry later .

So there is no other uses of the busdt except to play/try the game.

There is a purpose for having KYC in some gambling platforms and that is to avoid money laundering. Anyway, it may be used to launder money but cryptocurrency being used in illegally activities are not much anymore compared before. KYC stops gamblers to gamble where they are only going to gamble and when a lucky gambler won then tried to withdraw but KYC is needed then it's a bad start. No one would want that even if you are sure that you didn't launder money.

in some cases, this is one route casinos play to avoid paying huge winnings. they will try to reason out as part of their license, they need to require the individual to submit kyc, which is valid if you look at it. so if you truly don't want to comply with kyc, check the ToS and their kyc policy. and if it doesn't say anything about their compulsory kyc, then we know they are just looking for reason not to pay the winner. which for me is not a good practice for the business.

AFAIK the LUT token is not exchangeable at the moment, but you can use it to participate in the Dividend by holding the LUT.
Based on the roadmap, they have a plan to list it on exchange (2023 Q1) so you can expect to see the LUT token exchangeable on that time (once it is listed on exchange).

From what I understand, everything on a blockchain that is transferable can be exchanged. I don't know if there is a market for LUT tokens yet, but if you can withdraw them from Bitgame platform, there is nothing stopping you from sending them to some DEX and then sell them there.

There is no exchange for LUT tokens and thus this token cannot be withdrawn for now and is only used for dividends what @Panjul said, so the conclusion is that for now it is still long for LUT tokens to be traded, it will still take a long time if you look at the road map.

Maybe it's the same as the Bc.game casino platform which used to be the same but the tokens are now tradeable because they started a long time ago and many people get it from multiple campaigns and dividends.

You're correct. Even the "LUT about" page on their website says it's an erc20 token. However, it also says the number of holders is 14629 while if you check their contract address on a block explorer you will find that the real number of holders is only 11. Maybe they will distribute the tokens when the predective mining ends.

something is really not adding up here. maybe the 14629 holders are LUT holders inside the bitgame site. and let's say only one eth address is holding for those thousands of users. but this is always open for clarification from the team themselves. because you can easily check the contract and it is indeed only 11 holders. also the eth address indicated is not very active. so what does it mean?

You are right the number of holders stated in the dashboard is very much different from the actual holders, they should correct this one, even if there are transactions inside the Bitgame site it should be included in the explorer, this is something that they should address.

I am part of the campaign and I received 2000 LUT from one of my reports, they sent it every two weeks, yes you can withdraw your LUT, there is an option to withdraw but the minimum withdrawal amount is quite high for my current balance and you can withdraw it to your ERC20 address, I prefer my LUT to remain in my dashboard because I will be getting dividends every week, right now I have 0.03 USDT from my 2000 LUT balance.

this is not a good idea I have not known a token or project that took over a year to list their token in the market, listing in the market is a big attraction for players to accumulate LUT token it's a good parameter to measure the value of the token.

If they are still preparing many things before launching the token and list at the exchange, that can be worth doing that as they will ensure that everything can run smoothly.
But still, waiting for a year is too long and I am not sure if the holders or the investors can have that patient wait.
But if the holders can accumulate the token at their account from the staking side, I think that is still worth waiting for a year.

Receiving dividends is always nice, but compared to the competition, the dividends you receive here are super low. I just got 1000 LUT tokens extra from the bounty (1500 in total) and right now my dividend would be 0.01$ (with 500 LUT tokens the dividend is 0, which is why I couldn't claim anything). They are still in the early phases, but hopefully the dividend will increase over time.

All matters with demand as always because a token wont really be that an assured thing for it to pump its price or something that would be valuable and if their staking does give out that very small percentage compared on the competition then this would really be hard on talks with recognition

Players with Lut Token coming from bounty hunting can only claim 10 cents from their LUT token and that is weekly I can conclude that their token is not really that attractive for rewards and there's one post that claims he has 500 LUT token and he's not receiving a reward, they cannot compete with Betfury and I don't think players will be motivated to play more to acquire LUT token and to think that they are planning to list their token in 2023, you can forget about this token, it's almost worthless.

I am not sure how they limited rewards for people who got their Lut tokens from bounties?! I have 864 Lut tokens I got from one session I had there, for that amount I get 1 or 2 cents weekly, I guess bounty hunters have around 10k they got from the bounty and they get 10 cents from that...

This project is already running for a couple of months yet its still not listed even on DEX. I don't want to be negative but there's a lot of new casino with better features like this. Yep there is a big difference in dividend payout when you compare Bitgame and Betfury. When Betfury launched their campaign, there were already more established and they give out 3% of a 3 million staking pool every day (in 5 coins). I just checked and according to the review of BTCGOSU, Bitgame opened its doors late 2020. Anyway, I agree that it would be nice if they could run a party/contest/raffle for Christmas. As a user of this site for nearly a year now, I can assure you there will be new promotions added with old ones either being removed or changed so I'd say they have the promo aspect locked down.

The most strange thing I found about Bitgame is their token. Why it is impossible to use it for betting or playing slots (havent checked table games)? Basically LUT token is quite useless. In that you are absolutely right, the more demand between the better, now it is a bit difficult for the price of BTC, if we take into account that the tokens are cheaper and we see it as a long-term investment to take advantage of all the movements of the market.

8000 LUT tokens is not enough. Receiving 9 cents per week is a joke. Having A lot of LUT tokens wont really improve situation, as weekly dividend pool of 8-9k is not enough to impress investors. But listing might impress investors. I think investors will be able to earn more from trading, than sharing 8-9k every week. I am more disappointed, that gamblers can not gambler with LUT. I think that BitGame should use more aggressive promotion. As I understand, their dividend reward pool is calculated from the amount gamblers spend on the platform. Their dividend pool did not change much during last weeks or even a month. I think this is an indicator that current promotion is working ineffective and it is time to make changes.

It was already pointed out in the early part of their campaign that they should use a new signature for higher rank members, for more visibility they only have one code for all ranks, and that signature was for members only, but they did not change, many casino campaigns only accept higher ranks so they can wear signature with good visibility and they missed this important part.
They can do a second round of the campaign and concentrate on the gambling section if they want an increase in membership and dividend pool.

I don't think they will run a new bounty campaign soon and I don't think they have the funds to run a BTC signature campaign. Till date there are quite a lot of very long ongoing BTC signature campaigns so it will be difficult to really stand out.

I agree, the staking feature with the LUT tokens is what makes them interesting. They do offer some unique in-house games but their slot selection is pretty bad for the moment (several top providers are still missing).
They are hosting in a couple of days a Christmas event with a prize pool of 100,000$; you only need to stake some LUT tokens and you would receive a cash prize at the end of the event.

You might be correct, just checked out their page and it seems you will get daily some Christmas Lut tokens that you will be able to stake. You will get a higher amount of LUT tokens daily if you place a bet or if you make a deposit. The event starts in 2 days so it will be interesting to check it out if it is really interesting.

Second, how the fights are organized? Random? As I see UFC fight between Israel Adesanya and Jon Jones. Israel is from middleweight division, Jones prepares himself for heavyweight. They do 2-5 transactions in a short period of time, and they do it with several hours pause. I can suppose that Bitgame makes these transactions/manage withdrawals manually.

If you have participated in bounty and performed tasks to get week 11 and 12 rewards, then these LUT their system count as Christmas LUT and you can stake them in 100,000 competition, and get daily rewards. The rewards will probably more than 4-10 cents. But agree, their dividend program gives very low rewards. Hope that will help you to reach minimum withdrawal amount quicker ;)

Ah didn't  know that but unfortunately I didn't participate the last couple of weeks of their bounty campaign. So if you have received daily free 10 LUT and staked them, received for example 0.01 USDT reward, you must make a 100 USDT bet before you will be able to withdraw them. When I got my withdrawal cancelled, my goal was to use small odds to get to 100 USDT, then make another bet and withdraw. I was betting on in-play football matches, had a streak of wins. It is easy and smooth but I got some usdt by stacking lut tokens.  But the bitgame platform did not allow them to withdraw. they Introduced the law of minimum 100 $ valid bet for withdrawal. Bitgame staking indeed has quite low rewards and if we compared it to other sites, it isn't really exciting for most users or might be the worst I guess. That auction rate is very insane, It's too much hassle just to liquidate your tokens with something valuable. It's useless to bid because it will just devalued our tokens. We have no choice here but to stake our tokens and wait until 2023 when they finally planned to list it on DEX.

My suggestion to Bitgame - make LUT holding reward cumulative. Turn off "if you don't click receive button, your reward burns next week". This spoils whole idea of holding. Why on other pages I can visit once a month and collect all rewards, but on Bitgame I cant do it. Or rename it with "Weekly dividends". That might be more attractive for investors.

I have been watching Bitgame LUT holders section for months. Dividend pools always stays between 9-10k, while number of holders grow every day. That is somehow wrong, this only shows that holding LUT is unprofitable.

The design is not bad, there is always room for improvements, but the most important thing is that the site is functional and loads quickly and well. If someone comes to a site that continues to load forever, it creates a lot of mistrust among a (potential) customer and in the long run this will cost customers and money. LUT is currently not yet traded on any exchange so everything what is going on right now, can't have any influence on the price. Deposit crypto and gamble. "Cheapest" way to get LUT is to place bets. For every 2842sat bet you will get 1 LUT. Since you already have 10k LUK, your goal would be to increase it 24-26k LUT. That probably would be enough to place a bid in auction and win 20 USDT. Then withdraw USDT. Or wait until 2023, and wait for listing.

To be able to get 15k LUK from betting, you would need to place a bet worth... 15000*2842sat = 42KK sat :D Or bet ~17.5k bucks to earn 20 minus withdrawal fee. Good luck :D

You got it from Holding Dividends offer. they paid too cheap reword for it. But you will not able to withdraw your free earning reword without make minimum $100 valid bet. This is a very bad rules. It forces everyone to gamble by their system and rules.

Not all coins or tokens are created equal and when you try to imitate one project you better make sure that you can compete with the original one because there will always be comparison and so far Lut token is not living up to expectations but I expect a change of roadmap if they want to have a good standing in the community if they have no plan and stuck to their roadmap the token will have zero demand in the market.

I've been waiting for this update since last year before they release there road map about exchange listing scheduled 2023. I invest money playing just to farm LUT tokens last year in hope that this Casino will gonna develop in full speed but my expectation seems overrated because I don't see any major improvement since the day I use the casino until now. I usually don't express my disappointment to the project I'm investing to avoid FUD but waiting for more than 3 months with a simple DEX listing and same slow loading casino is really so frustrating IMHO. I also have doubts but let's give them a benefit of a doubt I have a friend who updates me on the development but right now based on his earnings it's not growing still the same since day one, so far no update in 13 days investors and supporters I'm sure are willing to wait if they are going to be competitive, my advice is to check the competition and offer a better deal or even an equal deal, you will likely get support if we can see improvements of the roadmap. 

The problem is that they are not active also anymore here on the forum to really give updates on the development. They are still quite "new" but if you can't convince the players to stay on the site because the rewards are too low, than you have an issue. It has been mentioned numerous times but no improvements yet.

Well, the truth is that due to the events that have happened, it is difficult for the site to have a good program, more because of what they have published that they have made a robbery? An obvious excuse for a casino startup that want to getaway from investors that hostage there funds impn LUT tokens. This is expected already since they have a very slow development and no DEX listing which means they don't have enough funds to continue the development and put liquidity on the DEX to have an exchange listing. I consider my money loss long time ago with this token, This is lesson learned to avoid casino tokens that don’t VC backing with there development expenses. I believe they didn't intend to runaway when they start this casino, they just fail to gather more funds to cover there expenses that’s why they pull out this kind of exit trick.

That is a strange behaviour, specially when they have spend 100$ bucks on Christmas giveaway. It had some issues, and it turned to be gamblers need to deposit before they can withdraw rewards, but I've managed to withdraw part of giveaway without it. Basically got free money. And I believe I was not the only one.

I think they are new to gambling, or dont really know how it should work. I think they thought creating a gambling site is sort of a "people gamble, lose, we earn, but sometimes pay rewards", but things turned to be that to be able to run a gambling site you need to have a solid budget.

Maybe you or another team member can visit your thread every few days so we still hear something from the team. Hopefully, it won't be long because it's also not good if a site doesn't notice or doesn't provide updates about what was updated or added on your site.

I suggest Bitgame to hire a person, who would be responsible for making posts in this topic. He should not make each day a post, or try to squeeze a tom of War and Peace from "we have frozen Ripple deposits and withdrawals". You can pay him little in USDT (so this that he takes his job serious) and rest in LUT. He would be a bridge between users and you. Otherwise it does not look serious when casinos representative is active biweekly.

Agreed. There late roadmap update is a sign that they are not really prepared on running a casino especially on how they update there community on what's going on with there inevstment. Even though I have no hope that there will be a change once they introduced the new roadmap, I’m still hoping that they can bring back atleast a portion of money from the investors by giving value on the LUT tokens in the form of exchange listing rather than the typical auction running on the website that typically bargaining the value of each token since holders is surgig to sell off just to get out.

I'm also interested and curious how they are going to make their token competitive, it's very premature if they get this token in the market if you're going to earn 4 cents per 10k every week, it's not worth investing in this token and early investors lose a lot from their investment, they should allocate more in their profit sharing and make the claiming of rewards daily just like on Betfury, the biggest question is can they do that.

The update thing is excellent, but I agree with some members that they should be more active in the forum and due to lack of time it is not a bad idea to hire someone and they can keep the thread alive and with first-class information. So many are wrong on this project even in their signature campaign they are not listening to suggestions that they create a signature code for a senior, hero, and legendary because the one they have back then is only good for members but they allow higher members to wear it,which is not good for visibility, so many suggest that they list their token early and not on their projected date which is next year but they are not addressing it either, the industry is very competitive you either deliver or be forgotten, I'll wait for the update and let's see if they can deliver this time.

It looks like it is done with Bitgame. Even though Bitgame add game providers, but they delist and suspend deposit/withdrawal a lot of altcoins. So far it works only with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT.

Not only mining page is on maintenance, auction is also not available right now. Their telegram channel does not provide the period of maintenance (however, no one asks about it). Old problems with long withdrawals are stayed. With the growing amount of gambling sites, having such issues is unacceptable.

With all these happenings right now, Bitgame game is over, it's ok to have maintenance but they should give a specific date or estimate date for the update on their maintenance, gamblers are not patient if they see something like this happening, with so many casinos to transfer to play, Bitgame will be out of business in no time, they are not taking care of business.

I haven't checked Bitgame in a long while but this all doesn't seems good. It is, as you say, game over for them (already a while in fact). Competition is so fierce in this domain and you can't run a site like this. They had an OK start with the bounty campaign and the Christmas promotion but that's about it. Having maintenance without giving any specific time of return will make their site users to be worried about their balances stuck on their platform and for sure many are now keep waiting for them to return then pull out all their money their because having this kind of issues will make their gamblers think twice to go back play on them. Sadly yes they already slow down there phase after there last update of there roadmap. No noticeable improvement by that time. Betfury and Owl.Games is there close competitors on this Web3 casino industry. It’s so sad to see that this project start strong and has a potential to success but the owner decided to not pursue anymore the competition. They are low funds since the beginning due to few investors backing it. This is the reason for there fall tragically.

They are the example that competition is huge on gambling market. If you dont bring anything new (for me Bitgame concept looked very familiar to Betfury) or dont have huge budgets, you wont survive. Having contracts with providers, a webpage, script and amount of money is not enough to stand out.

I havent heard about Bitgame before they had bounty campaign here and on two neighbour forums. I think that bounty was the moment when they started. They managed to get some traffic, but did not know how to handle it, nor had a good support. I have experienced chatting with support with withdrawal issue, and I had feeling that supports aim was to get rid of me as quick as possible, instead of going deep into my situation. It was sort of a "read rules" and "make a deposit, it might help". When we have 1000+ gambling pages, customer will just leave.

I wouldn't keep your hopes high up, as I think the chances are high that all the money you will have on the site will be lost... They don't really seem to be actively working on the site and what started as a promising site, everything went pretty fast downwards after their start.

Three weeks is already very long to upgrade the casino, capable coders and admin will only take a week to upgrade their script they don't have a follow-up announcement at all, and we don't know if they are really fixing it, only Owldao and BFG token right now are the casino based token worth investing, we all though it's a promising token based casino because they've done a bounty campaign just like BFG, unfortunately, they cannot keep up.

indeed, that's a long wait for maintenance. and it may extend further up until they will remove this feature to their site. what is the chance that it won't go back? i am not being pessimistic here but common, they should have done their job much faster as there are people waiting for them. i believe this is a dying casino token, i may be wrong. but hopefully, im wrong as there are some holders of their token patiently waiting for the resolution of this downtime.

It are all red flags so I wouldn't advise anybody to invest in this casino before they clear up this mess (and even after that I wouldn't really invest in them). There are probably still some token holders with a lot of LUT, but if you still have a balance on the site, try to withdraw it asap.
