As far I know, they have a support that will accommodate to issues of their client who played on freebitco.in. By the way, there are a lot of way for us to earn bitcoin here in cryptocurrency aside from that faucets. Just a piece of advise only. But it's weird there's no dedicated page about the website or how to contact them. We use a PR company to manage those and they can't do any support work. The contact us form, support@freebitco.in, our thread and my PM are the support channels. So contacting via their social media accounts won't help as their customer support. If i were freebitco.in user who barely know about bitcointalk & can't login, i would use social media since that's all i could found. I think you're right, contact form just logged in users probably isn't best decision. As I said, they have support email, but it's not listed anywhere on website or social media accounts, so, most users probably have no idea that it exists. I believe that many try to contact them via social media. But it's managed by PR agency, so they won't get help there. |
