However, the cost there for a single issue is $5.99 plus shipping.

I have 20 6 5 issues remaining and the cost is $5 per issue and they will be given to minerjones for reshipping/consolidation with anything else you may have.

If you prefer me to ship direct, cost is $5 plus shipping.

can be paid in BTC (fees are under $1 if you go with lowest fees) LTC, ETH (that's a joke right? gas fees are insane lol) Doge or any other major crypto. I can also provide a LN invoice if you wish to pay with Lightning.
