I don't understand why they aren't even trying to make this believable, put 1-2 Btc in the offer and at least it will make a tiny bit of sense, but no, he's looking for a face to face deal with a stranger and he is going to come with 1.5 mils euro in his pocket at the meeting.

+40 is Romania and I know for sure you can enter any telecom shop grab 10 sims and nobody will give a damn, those sims sell for 5$ and shipping on the net, so it's probably a fake number, or he wants to prank somebody.
I doubt anyone would share his number so easy in this situation.

You are wasting time looking for a BTC seller here worth that amount of BTC. Even if there was someone looking to sell that amount here, what makes you think they would prefer meeting a random stranger over selling it in exchanges?

What makes you think they wouldn't value their safety at all?

Let me guess, you'll be the one to choose the sealer in question and there'll be no way for the seller to know if you're connected to that person or not! ::)

I wouldn't recommend trusting him/her even if @Linebtc1 provides one ^{[it's not that hard to manipulate images]}.

He made a deal, took a huge profit, and now he's back wanting to buy even moar!!!!
As I said before, they are not even trying so hard anymore, or getting a new phone number without scoring a hit is too expensive for him.

Also, the thing about the picture video proofs, they can be altered so easily, even if you open a videocall with a  shared screen, a simple greasemonkey script can change a few numbers making 100 euros into 10 million, as for simple bank statements you can get one from people who do gigs on fiverr pretty cheap. Anyhow meeting scams have happened for years when sums like this are involved it's clear it's a scam, anyone having that much money would go to an exchange and have them arrange an OTC deal at better rates, not deal with strangers on the net.

I know this my friend as I also know that we can verify if this is a real, unedited pic. Unfortunately for fraudsters, as there are programs that can make up their lies, so there are programs that can break down their lies and I'm sure that you know this better than me. 8)
Of course and by all means, even if OPie here posts any pic (which I seriously doubt) he can't be trusted. He is already been burned from his burner phone... ;D
