first, very slow user interface :( maybe some proble with my pnone and 1  Gb RAM not enough
From a cell phone it was hard to find where to verify an email

First of all, it is a really perfect thing that a big gambling website like this has enhanced and renewed their casino site. And I'm really proud of carrying the signature of this website. I like the interface of the website a lot. But I can't make a comment about the speed as I haven't used it on my phone. I have a suggestion like this: If the level needed to type in chat on the website is decreased a little more, then the loyalty of new players to the website can increase.

The site is perfect, I use it since 2016 and saw a lot of changes during this time, surely this was the most radical and made 500 Casino have its own face. One suggestion I have is make some crypto deposits with fewer confirmations, other sites need 1 confirmation for litecoin and 3 confirmations for ethereum and this can be a differential when the person chooses a site to bet.

I have not tried all the existing games. just a few like a casino, roulette, and wheel. all quite entertaining and interesting. I like the game there.
but I'm still waiting for sports games to enter on the web. I like placing soccer bets. then other games, I like it very much. would be very happy to be registered here.

This is a very good site but I would suggest adding option to change the main site theme or at least brighten up the font. I had difficulties navigating on mobile. Also am failing to claim the daily reward it keeps on telling me to contact support and in future as it had been suggested to add sports as well.

The main concerned i had was addressed in the revamped version which was the option to display your balance in different currencies (USD, euro, etc...) But, as someone who only uses cryptocurrency, the fact that there's no option for bitcoin (Display in BTC or mBtc) is a bit dissapointing.

Another thing that i noticed is that there's an issue with how the whole size of the website scales in the main Esports section.

Everything looks great and adapts to my 1080p screen smoothly, but notice the bet slip on the right side, it's open (seems to be open by default).

Everything is too far apart, way too much, as if the website is trying to fit in an ultrawide monitor. IMO this makes for awful readability compared to the img above cos now i have to drag the scroll bar left and right multiple times to find a match, change esports or change to a new tournament. Other than that, everything else looks awesome.

Its great to see live chat with lot of options and various channels to contact and resolve problem. You just need to verify email and you are good to go.

I am only a recent member of the site and for the moment I like it

Pros
   - A lot of options to deposit (not only crypto but also visa, paypal and bank transfer)
      ○ I would like to see the addition of TRX and DOGE as extra crypto (fast transactions and low fees)
   - PVP duels: this brings an extra competition element for playing the game
   - Casino: almost all third party slot providers are available
   - Interesting welcome offer

Cons:
   - Design: The background is quite dark, which is sometimes difficult to read
   - Only 3 in-house games: would be nice to see extra games such as Limbo or Mines

I tried playing roulette but I have no idea how to place the bets, I don't see the table and the wheel.

First of all, your Interface is rather unique and clean/modern looking which I think is good!
The chat is kind of disturbing but since I can just close it, it's all right!
Since I am not that big of a gambler myself, I can't say too much about your other gamemodes except that they look also rather clean!

You have a lot of slots providers but when I tried to open a few games, I got the error "Game could not be opened!" on some of them. I can't tell you if it was connection problems on my site or yours.

Minimum bet on book of dead is good (0.01$ up to 50$) but the game windows is really small, only covering about 20-40% of my screen with only an option to go full screen.
I would like you to make the slot screen scalable :)

The site looks pretty decent. I don't like the response time when I am trying to open new pages in the casino... Also, you can make the button that hides the chat on the left more to be more recognizable, maybe with red colour?
