Hello guys,

I am needing $10,000 in BTC as a long term loan.

Duration: 10-12 months

Returning: $15,000 in BTC

Reason: Payment towards court case fees

I can provide reason details on PM

Actually, there is no need to provide any "reason details". The only thing that you have to provide is valid collateral. Well, where is it?

P.S: Seems so strange that you are among those who talk only with this guy (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2168312) and always have to be about a loan... :-\

If I have a collateral that I can use to cover the reason, why would I even ask for a loan in the first place…

Its because I showed the person details about this. I am relying on the court case this is why I have stated 12 months as loan duration. The court case giving positive results is 80% but there is 20% fail rate that can happen, I cant predict the future. If it fails then I will be forced to breakdown the $15,000 over monthly payments until its covered. If you are asking me if its risky loan, yes there is a risk that I am not able to pay the amount within 12 months but will be made possible to pay it over longer period of time broken down on monthly payments.

Not again this ridiculous excuse... Let's make the question a bit different. Would you go to a bank and ask for a loan without giving them collateral? You will tell them the same thing that you are telling now?
So if you don't have collateral, lock your thread and move on.

Would you be interested in participating in the court case? You pay for the fees and in return we sign an agreement in court that gives you the right for 10% of the claim?

Adding to that we already have someone welling to pay for all the court fees A-Z but wants 48% of the claim which is ridiculous.
