I looked through your website and didn't see any terms and conditions. How are you going to assure the users that anomalies won't happen and if they do happen you will handle them accordingly.
What if you wake up and just keep changing the terms because there is no reference anyway. What will be the basis or reference of a legal battle in case it ensures between a customer and your company?
