Do you think there will be victims who are naively believe in your offer?

15% above market price in the panic time?
15% above market price in super bullish time is even unbelievable?

$100k trade should be done on exchanges. Nobody will do such trade with you directly.

You just woke up and try to scam, don't you?

Buy using an exchange. If you tell me which country you're from. I might be able to suggest some exchanges.

He is just trying to warn people in this forum to be cautious who's account just recently woke up after a long period of time. In fact, trading with a newbie is a huge red flag especially in making transactions even if it's just a penny.

Also you can use P2P exchange instead to ensure that the money is being escrowed properly.

You post on the wrong board, this is about trading discussions, not trading (buying/selling).

$100k trade should be done on exchanges. Nobody will do such trade with you directly.

For some, this is not an option, especially if they do not meet the criteria below.

- that the funds you will use to buy crypto are legal.
- that you have no problem with the full KYC that every crypto exchange will ask for, especially for such amount.

Move this thread to the currency exchange section since this is only for discussion not to be used as a marketplace.

I don't know why you are ready to spend over 15% but anyone who is going to trade should be very careful and make sure that source of cash is legal and never forget about the escrow part. :)

It can be understandable if you want to sell, but the purchase means that the first party must guarantee that the transaction has been completed and therefore you cannot reverse it, which means that you are forced to send the money first.

Generally such deals do not have to be done with an anonymous online account it is more than enough for AML warning.

Lol. This is not new. But this one come after long time. Previously there were a lot of offer like this. Also some fake sites are offering like this. At the end the conclusion is buyer are not agree to use Escrow. :)

If this continue little more then there is a thread is waiting in scam accusation thread. So guys don't be greedy. Just use your common sense one more time before get victim in such scam.

You can get all of that easily just by login into your exchange. Why take the risk of running into issues here and potentially also taking an escrow/middle man?

100K on these massive exchanges like Binance is nothing and the order should be filled with no problem. Even if you didn't want to KYC there are still other exchanges that can do just the same. Either way gd luck and hopefully you don't get scammed or vice versa.

Just register on ftx and buy bitcoin.. No need to come here and make fun of your self.
15% above market price is too high and absolutely, no one will fall for that.

Interesting. Not sure if I read it correctly but 15% premium above that value is huge cost to your investment. You recognise that you will have to overcome that 15% first to profit on your trade. Moreover, 100k is huge amount in the volatile market. It will surely temper you out over time considering the current market and the changes that are occurring in the market. The FUD of china, the reconsideration of US orders regarding the crypto are insanely ridiculous for investment like 100K!
For low volume the risk is lower. But obviously if you are onto some other tricks here then the call is yours. As stated by various posters you can always option out exchanger for this kinda volume. I dont think that p2p will work for this much volume since opposite party wont call for couple of btc's at the same time. The later also depends on the country where your p2p trade will be happening.

I think you need a friend to deal you with that amount or try to use P2P. Because you can never find it ASAP in here, honestly. And as you can read that most of the replies are something in doubt with you, trust is hard to get especially when dealing online that is why I suggesting to call your friend first before bringing it here. Maybe they have some interest or I'm afraid if they will decline your offer the same thing you've heard from us.
I'm not thinking of a scam scenario but I was thinking of the risk. Yeah, that certainly it looks like. Well, I hope someone could get it and won't regret it.

use exchange if you want to trade bitcoin wherein don't be lazy mate..or if you don't want kyc stuff then go through P2P perhaps it's good option for you. Because to be honest no one will gonna believe in you here in forum since you're newbie and not active member as well so better pick which do you prefer what I've mentioned above..  By the way if you're interested to use escrow for the transaction it's available here in forum and it's a better idea to have a successful and safe transaction..  ;)

Well if you are fine with 15% premium you can always go to a local Bitcoin ATM in your area. They usually charge 10-15%. However keep in mind that lots have changed recently with Bitcoin ATMs depending on your country and region you might have to KYC before you can use it.

Years ago you could go to any Bitcoin ATM and buy any amount you wanted and was anonymous. However now with money laundering laws some Bitcoin atms require you to show ID first. So you might as well use an exchange and avoid the 15% service charge all together.

Op that is a good one but am sure should know the right place to place your buy order and don't necessarily need to make the announcement here except if want "people on the other world" to start sending you personal message on how they can help you to get it done or even sell for you.

And I don't think someone here will fall from this, given so many scammers these days. I don't say the OP is one but I don't think someone would be willing to trade with him, unless, he will be using a reputable escrow in the forum. And why not go to exchanges? There are so many options today even with p2p exchanges. If he is serious, he will start looking for a reputable escrow here.

The reason is simple – it's so that greedy naive members here will quickly jump on the offer, thinking they've a great deal. And then get scammed eventually. I like how @tbct_mt2 sounded a warning immediately. Again, considering that the OP's account first posted in March and then went on hiatus; only to come back in September to make that post (a second post, out of the three OP now has) is on it's own a big r.e.d flag. In fact, so many things make the red flag very conspicuous, including the user's account rank.

Just buy on the exchanges if you want a premium rate, they are already premium and much more safe.

ASAP?

Buy on Binance and for everyone, be careful and don't be greedy or else you're going to be a victim of scam likely.

15% above from market rate is a huge difference. SO don't do that it will give you loss. Buy it from any trusted crypto currency exchange. You can easily buy it from the current market price. And don't buy whole amount at once i suggest you to buy in 2, 3 stages. It means buy it when it takes a dip in price. Because in this way your average buying price is very low and when market pumps you can easily sell it in profit. So, make strategies and follow on it.

It's not every day we get to see an offer like 15% more in buying BTC, there is something wrong with that offer so the warning also comes in pack in this thread.
Finding an unfortunate victim will be harder for scammers since we got a lot of vigilantes.

If you are not up to really buy, you can save more by going to the p2p platform. Save 15% of the money you have.

I wonder what fiat currency would OP use to offer such amount.

It will be better if OP should just buy straight from the exchange than to ask it from here. Just like what they said, this is a trading discussion board not a trading board so finding the right man for OPs offer might not be in here especially if the offer is more likely a too good to be true.

Well, we just have to be very cautious since asking some kind of question like this will always ends up as shady scam tactics. And on the other hand, OP didn't seem to bothered to get back here since people here are too cautious. He might actually lost some interest on this forum I suppose. :D

It is more easier to buy bitcoin now than before,  there no reason to buy bitcoin 15% more above market price unless of course there is something you are not telling us. There are many centralized exchange,  p2p, services and Dex where you could buy bitcoin anonymously.    Make use of all these avenue to by any amount of bitcoin you want!

I'd never found it wrong but just because OP is a newbie, that it looks shady, and need to be careful to make a deal as a scam can possibly be going to happen very often online. I'm not sure if there is someone who could make a close deal with OP as this is not just a small amount. Maybe P2P transaction could be able to help but can't sure because of its position. People had learned a lot from scamming tricks, so they become cautious in dealing with newcomers.

Don't waste your time, because Bitcoin won't go down after this current signal of moving upward. Maybe there's small fluctuations happening but not at huge percentage. Apply cost averaging on your trading, so you won't regret by the time bitcoin value will increase so fast once bullish trend starts to initiate. Let's have awareness that our market recently was too unpredictable, better set your safe zone to avoid losing bigger amount of money.

There are many ways to buy bitcoin you can buy bitcoin with your own capital, as you wish now the price of bitcoin is around 50k so there is a good chance to buy it. The price stays close to the 100k price then you will get a higher return than the current market price.

You better do and listen to advice, no one here will request you of anything but just help as you have asked, only fraudsters will come your Dm because you made mention of $100k.
With the way exchanges has been going on with kyc and tight regulations, making such a deposit at a time may require you to do a kyc when they suspected that you are doing lots of transaction. I would suggest you make deposits in batches and buy your btc and withdraw them as soon as you complete your purchases.
You can also use the forum escrow though charges may be required.

Obviously a forum with the reputation such as this one and with the expectations of a bullish run on part of BTC. I have my sight set for 100k price of BTC come December.
