First, You have to know that this address you got from Polonix to make deposits isn't owned by you. It means it's not yours, it's owned by Polonix and Polonix can use it whenever it wants. The Polonix system gives you this address as your unique address to make deposits (One deposit address per user), but it shouldn't be the same from where you can make withdrawals. All the funds in that address are owned by the exchange and only the exchange can use them. You just own the fund displayed in your account balance.
When you make a withdraw, check the sender address, you will see that it's not the same deposit address.

There's no chance to pulling out those funds. That's exchange site's balance which was owned by the exchange site. You have no chance to pulling out those funds. You must try to did a hardwork to get such money for yourself. Just because it appears and you're thinking that if you can get it easily.
