None of them require payment through bitpay but if I'm correct, that's optional. You can pay through bitpay but you can also fund your namesilo, hostinger account and use that credit to purchase hosting package. I can't remember about namecheap though, they also offer cryptocurrency payment.

If the hosting use bitpay or BTCPayServer, it's mentioned explicitly. But i would recommend further research since the information might be out of date.

Yes, in past they accepted Bitcoin only through shitty BitPay, but now they have BTCPayServer payment option too, what is decentralized service.
