Everyone know that ETC is old and privacy coin its also a part of ethereum .  Etc hit around 170$ in previous months now
 ETC price is around 54$ . so can we expect that ETC will hit its all time till the end of the year.
So is it a good time to invest in ETC. Give you taughts

yes, now is the right time to invest in cryptocurrency including ETC, because currently the market is still not fully recovered, so this is still an opportunity for you to invest in ETC at a low price, because when the market has recovered and altseason occurs again, then of course the price of ETC will definitely increase very high too, so you will get profit from investing in ETC.

ETC is one of the old tokens but I'm not so sure about its potential to continue to be bullish, I'm sure ETC won't be able to get past its ATH, besides that ETC doesn't have a serious development.

Over priced fork coin with no usability. Zero benefits for its hodlers except the capital gain but if the price will be always going down and this must be a disaster for its hodlers.
We can't. tbh i don't even think this can reach ATH but anything will always be possible in crypto but without something that created FOMO and you should not expect a big pump to come for ETC.
If you can deal with the risk and anytime should become the best time to invest but don't you even think to pick a better coin than ETC? I know this coin has billion mcap but it doesn't mean that's a good coin.

I used to hold Ethereum Classic and I watched most of it's value disappear. It has almost no development happening and many who were part of it's community in it's early days have abandoned it. Now we only see occasional pumps when Ethereum is doing well and ETC gets some attention from having 'Ethereum' in it's name. I do not have much hope for this coin. Better Ethereum alternatives that came much later have already surpassed it.

ETC is still a good altcoin and if you are willing to hold for long you can invest on this since I din't hear any updates with this project so the progress might be slower, though its price right now is pretty cheap compare to its ATH, that could be the best price to enter. I remember I hold some ETC, but didn't see its value yet I'm pretty sure I'm still on a profit with the current price, well too long to hold this so not advisable if you are impatient.

Hopefully, that $54 can increase again this year or next year, but you need to have patience if you want to hold ETC. That price is still a good price to buy or maybe you need to wait for a while until the correction comes again to buy at a lower price. I hold for some ETC and already sold when the price reached $170 so I am willing to wait for more and sell at the next high price.

I haven't heard from ETC in a very long time, doesn't ETC also have a smart contract feature like ETH ? but no new projects are using the network.

Past performance is not an indication of future performance by any means and especially not when fundamentals have changed.

I think that people have largely moved on from the ETH debacle from the past bull run and ETC is mostly kept alive from a select few believers. No long term prospect of this project overcoming ETH imho.

Im feeling pessimistic to believe if fork coin could reach its ATH again. I have rarely seen this happened in the past since the fork coin has not yet become a major trend. I thought that if it will never hit all time high again. The era for this coin has ended. People are moving forward and we need more than just a coin that was issued caused by the fork. If you're feeling good with this coin and then you can invest in this coin right now. Others can't know how do you feel about this coin but some people were having a bad experience with this coin. I personally will never try to touch the fork coin as it's too risky to invest in this coin. You have plenties of coins in the market and why don't you consider replacing this coin with a better one from the market? This may be a better choice than keep consider to invest in ETC

If you're wanting to invest in ETC, you mind as well revert that decision and choose Eth for the better. There's more development that is upcoming to ETH and they're deploying those updates little by little. The high fee is not yet fixed but they're promising it that soon it will be fixed. Whatever is the next update I hope that ETH devs will focus on scaling and solving the high fees because we're no longer happy with the high price if the fee is that much too.

It's very rare for people around me to raise issues about Ethereum Classic coins even though I think this ETC coin is good to be used as a long-term investment. Since its appearance in 2017, ETC is classified as a coin with good potential and an average price of $40 - $50. Ethereum Classic according to my speculation will be at $55 year-end.

There is no liquidity with ETC. This coin is too old, and investors are already leaving this project. Before this is a pump and dump coin. Better stick with ETH, the one and only true Ethereum.

Any good news about this token? If none better to buy ETH which is more active and can have a chance to ho higher. ETH hit its new ATH beyond $100 but it doesn’t mean that it can happen again considering its current value, so this will take time because it accumulate again or have no chance at all. If in doubt, go for the best options instead, ETH is way better.

You can do it because altcoins will have their new season and Ethereum is the leader of altcoin seasons. If Ethereum rises, usually it will rise first in altcoin season, people will pick Ethereum Classic as alternative.

ETC is in accumulation phase after it made a new all time high in early of this year. The coin does not have big wave in a few months because of accumulation phase. It will have new big wave in the new altcoin season.

If I am the buyer, I would choose ETH over ETC. Why? Because you can see their developments are active. With ETC, what actually is the major reason why it exists? Many users are using the ETH network but with ETC, what it is used for? Maybe I am missing something but just saying what I view on this matter.

There are two paths that ETC could go in the future and depending on which one people pick, the price of ETC will either skyrocket or it will be boring. If this eth 2.0 really happens in a year or so, then we are going to see miners move to something else, and when miners move to something else they end up with increasing the price of that coin, so if after eth 2.0 people really pick ETC then we are going to see the price of ETC skyrocketing by a big mile.

However, if people pick stuff like raven or beam or whatever and not so much on ETC then we are going to see ETC go even lower for not getting picked and that disappointing the investors.

I am yet to invest money in ETC, i do own a lot of ETC simply because of the fork and i sold some when the market rallied and it was an unexpected gift as i never thought it will reach the valuation it touched during this rally and i was just holding it in my cold wallet for years and when i saw the market started to rally i moved them to exchanges and booked my profit.

I am yet to find a project in ETC. If anyone has seen any project, i would like to check them out.

After what happens to ETC in the last bull run, it seems ETC can increase again for more in the next alt season so I guess it is worth investing in ETC. I have some ETC and already sold in the last alt season and I want to wait for the next increases so hopefully, ETC will have a chance to increase. Hopefully, when the bitcoin price can break the high price, the altcoin season will come back or even if the bitcoin price does not jump fast to the high price, the altcoin will have that chance to increase.

But yes, people will consider buying Ethereum than ETC because they think that Ethereum will have the potential to increase. At least, ETC can be our additional coins to hold for a while.

Privacy coin is one of the best coin back in 2018-2019  but nowadays with the increase of demand from Stable coin ? i don't see good future about privacy currency .
and also the last ATH happened recently with more than 200% in the value today so i think while ethereum even  harden to increase?
That is what happen here, people will choose ethereum than this Classic version ,

make technical analysis mate and i suggest use a large time frame so that you can see if the coin growth rate is still palying, i mean still showing a bullish trend because if not, i suggest to stay away on it because for sure it's a very stagnant old coin wherein unpredictable if it can guarantee a good return after all.  Go and visit coinmarketcap instead, if you're looking for a good investment.. There's a buch of new promising projects maybe a good choice than picking an old coin.

Etc has been on the increase in price since the beginning of this year,  I believe etc will still grow in value but at the moment,  I will advise not to get in etc for now.  Let the Cryptocurrency circle out and start to invest gradually for the next circle of Bull market in Cryptocurrency.  Bitcoin will definitely be a trigger for another altcoin run.

I think you have to be honest and ask yourself. Why do you like it and want to invest in etc? If it is just because it's part of ethereum? That's not a good reason to invest. Is it because code is law and pow? Ltc is probably a better option. Is it because of development potential, smart contracts, dapps, etc? Cardano is probably a better option.

I rarely see any sense if still holding ETC but who knows maybe its still worth something to you but my advice will be ditch that thing and maybe move into better coins like sol or avax that will have made you more gains than just holding non moving coin that most of its devs are silent for a very long while. My opinion is dont hold coins like that Is very unhealthy attitude Clean your closet

Firstly, ETC is not a privacy coin.

I think that if you were investing in privacy coins in particular you are probably better off investing in something like XMR instead.

ETH just has a lot more traction and projects that are currently utilizing its blockchain compared to ETC which naturally makes it more valuable. I think this will be the theme going forward as well.

It already made x4, it was a good investment, now I'm still mining it to sell it at x2 of the current price. The future as a project may have, but things are developing slowly or not at all.

Its not depend a time it depend a luck you are lucky so You invest your money in that coin who exit that time go to the moon and you are unlucky so the coin who already in the moon you purchase exit that they well be crash so its not depend a time.

This morning, the live Ethereum Classic (ETC) price today is $55.54 USD with a 24-hour trading volume of $1,115,444,493 USD. I think the price is stable normally, there hasn't been a drastic increase yet. If my advice is to save ETC as an asset in the future, it's good. Because almost all altcoins or tokens are nearing the end of 2021 is the time to save or HOLD.

we can't say for sure when ETC will experience ATH. I think ETC still has potential but we can't confirm that time yet. I think ETC's position is still safe in the crypto market, still has a strong community and still has a lot of power to reach ATH. maybe 2022 is the right time for ETC to get ATH

The ones that don't develop at all will always die and become ashes in the future, so the more visible and also the more popular are those who will always survive for the future, so it's very easy to conclude this for everyone because there are many projects that are willing to work hard to stay alive now.
