Yes, this is a 2FA version of a Titan coin. You do need to use their webpage to redeem: Titan 2FA Redeem (https://www.titanbtc.com/redeem/) All of this information will be available to the winner. There is no private key underneath, but a code that is used for the 2FA process. Currently the maker is unavailable, so the 2FA coins are not currently redeemable.
