I have spent countless hours going over the various options, to scripts that look too shady, ones that are scams or have bad reviews, others that are missing certain options

I am looking for a provably fair crypto based casino with mostly normal options, that looks nice and not like it was just thrown together quickly or built 10 years ago, or a developer that can help customize existing scripts, have a decent sized budget

You want to run a casino means you will invest a lot of money and also users of your site will also invest on your site too. So fund of you and your users are very important in this case it will not be wise decision to use any script. You should hire a person or team who can make a good site and where the fund of you and fund of your users will remain safe.

I agree with @shasan, don't use scripts. Find a quality web developer and give hem a share of the revenue.

Good casinos are too complex to be created by any "script". You should not waste your bankroll on such items.
