      Hello, I am new to all of this, probably have no right to be doing something I know nothing about.  I bought 3 M20s Whatsminers, I had a computer guy hook them up and 2 of them ran well.   The third one I get error codes 350,351 and 352 which all say the ambient temperature is to high.  I live high in the mountains in mexico where it is dry and cold.  I restarted and did the little things I am capable of (there is nobody I could find in Guadalajara that knows anything).   I still get the error codes and thought I would try my luck on a forum.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try to upgrade to flash it first to the latest firmware you can download the firmware from this link below

If it doesn't solve the issue copy the API logs and paste them here if you have a limit posting the whole logs here you can use this https://pastebin.com/ and paste the link here.

The API logs won't show anything related to the issue, the best place to get temp info would be the syslogs.

OP, you should try to run the miner in "Low Power Mode" by going to the configuration tab > CgminerConfig> Power >, that should fix the issue if it's really related to the temperature.

Thanks man, it is not related to the temperature at all.  The second I start it up in a cold dry enviorment, I get first error 351, then within 2 minutes I have all 3 error codes

Then download Whatsminer Tool and flash the latest firmware, there is a good chance that it will fix these false temp positives you are getting, you can also join Whatsminer Telegram group here > https://t.me/WhatsMiner, there is more related content and more folks who are experienced with MicroBT gears than we have in the forum since Whatminer isn't really as popular as Bitmain.
