It's known that paypal transactions are reversible and that can be an escape goat for the scammers. I'm not telling that you are but it's really going to be difficult for you to find someone who's willing to trade for your paypal funds. Even if you ask an escrow, they might decline on this knowing that you're fund is coming from paypal. Just saying it though. You'll just have to look a certain platform that allows you to do it.
