Yep a Brandon Lee type death on set.

Victim was 42 years old the cinematography woman is dead plus he wounded the director.

I saw this when I woke up today, terrible news to be honest for all involved. I just can’t believe something like this could happen. A total tragedy, may God be with all affected by this.

It's the prop gun that has been accidently used. Very terrible news. Do you think this is a setup or complete accident?

Neither; it's negligence. This kind of "accident" requires a complete disregard for basic firearm safety, which actors handling firearms are supposed to be trained in by the weapons master. The weapons master is also supposed to personally supervise the filming to ensure all safety regulations are followed. I do find it suspicious that no news reports actually mention the name of the weapons master in this case, since they are the most directly responsible for this tragedy. EDIT: The weapons master responsible has now been identified (https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/7889980/911-call-alec-baldwin-halyna-hutchins-blaming-colleague/) as Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, and her competence seems sorely lacking as apparently this wasn't the first accidental discharge on the set, just the first fatality.

It's absolutely tragic that Alec Baldwin killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
I suspect a live bullet was accidentally left in the gun by a crew member.
I don't think Alec intentionally did anything wrong and my hearts goes out to the family of Ms. Hutchins.

It’s a terrible tragedy but there’s nothing that can be done now. A thorough investigation is underway, hopefully this never happens again. RIP to the deceased, condolences to the family & prayers to Alec Baldwin who must be suffering terribly right now.
