Title: Best Book for US players?
Post by: Dumblefty24 on October 24, 2021, 02:04:52 PM
Anything outside of Nitro? Haven't been able to load the sportsbook for 24 hours now and not getting any help. Looking for new book. Anything?

CoinRoyale is legit. Been around since 2013 and they have a long thread here

The only other site I know is Fairlay but they're more of a betting exchange rather than a bookie.

Another option is to use a VPN, I don't recommend using it but that's up to you if you're willing to take the risk because based on this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5351734.msg57570776#msg57570776) there are other crypto sportsbooks that are somewhat lenient when it comes to using a VPN.

I’ve been playing at fortunejack for over a year. Switched over from nitrogen and am so glad I did. Great book.

You can try freebitco.in they are offering more and more interesting bets if you like to gamble on basic winner markets. And since it's a mutual betting system you can find profitable odds for many outcomes there.

According to this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0), FortuneJack is one of the casinos that have the highest minimum withdrawal amount (~ $150), so it may not be for everyone. It is very important to check such information before choosing a new online casino or sportsbook.

True, but They are free withdrawls, unlike other books

Just be warned that they seem to be KYCing more people recently (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774929.msg58259818#msg58259818) if that's something you're looking to avoid.

I think Fairlay officially bans USA players (https://fairlay.com/faq/#restricted-regions). If it was accessible, it would be a great Nitro replacement if you don't mind the UI since they both offer odds based on Pinnacle, except with Fairlay generally offering better odds. If you're not betting huge amounts, I'd agree with ralle14's suggestion to use a VPN - many sites allow using a VPN and almost never KYC people, so chances are you could get away with it.

I have been playing on Fairlay for sometime now and never faced KYC issues which is why I recommend it. Another great crypto betting exchange is Exbet, but their liquidity is on the lower side in comparison.

You could also check out brokers who provide accounts to bet on sites like OrbitX(Similar to Betfair with great liquidities) etc like BetInAsia etc.

If you are comfortable of using vpn then you may try bitsler. They wont ban you for using vpn. But if you try to operate multi account then you may fall on problem. If you don't misuse the site then you would be able to use the site frankly.

My first thought was Cloudbet, but I remember it's not that well received in this forum.

I would recommend Thunderpick (https://gamblineers.com/thunderpick-review/). They have quality services and don't fool around with countless bonuses and T&Cs like most sites.

The books that you suggested are all top FIAT sportsbooks which are wrong suggestions since op is looking for a crypto sportsbook. Also, Bovada and Bodog are operated by a single company which implies that they are basically the same site.

Cloudbet isn't a bad suggestion to be honest, but it's true that the accusations against them are growing in recent times. Also, I never heard of Thunderpick before.
