I believe he wants to use New Jersey for the purpose of betting through reputable apps from big companies like Caesars etc.... And I was just pointing out Indiana is the same .
But maybe you mean the some bookie is laying action action off at the legal gambling sites ? Bookies aren't obsolete I guess because that system runs on credit and legit sites money must be posted upfront ...
