These were given away at the 2014 Talladega garage area during the race weekend in which Josh Wise raced the Dogecoin car during this race. It is unknown how many of these were printed, but I believe access to this area to receive these cards was exclusive to certain people with passes. I have only seen a few of these surface on Ebay.
