Because there are so many account pretend someone reputed you cant imagine. Telegram is favorite to the scammer. And new victims are the reason he keeps bumping his (self-moderated) topics. What more can we do to warn Newbies (given that the forum doesn't moderate or ban scammers)? Even a mere Google searching his Telegram handle would definitely give you clues that the guy is a scammer.
He has all warnings and a flag on his profile, but I don't know why you people are so careless with your money. but does anyone really understand what is the subject of fraud here and what happened in this case? I see a few screenshots from some discussion, where we neither know who the participants in the discussion are, nor what the subject of the trade is. If it can be proven that Colires is dealing in AWS accounts as I suspect, then he can be banned. He's been very careful to not advertise that he's selling AWS accounts, at least he isn't overt about it. I'm curious why Newbies still deal with him. My guess; greed. It's one of the reasons I have a hard time empathizing with the victims of these account scammers. The warning signs are there, but the lure of saving hundreds, if not thousands of dollars by buying these fraudulently obtained accounts is more than these spammers can resist. The forum chat shouldn't be got deleted. If you found and deal outside the forum then sorry, we can't help you. Because he already has may red tag which was visible to all users of the forum. But still, why have you chosen him to buy an account? The Telegram chat is just useless here. It can be edited or manipulated or impersonated.
So please remember about forum chat and forum thread where you discussed. As they can impersonate on telegram easily and they can edit or delete telegram message. And also it is a bad choice that you have did a deal with someone who is a negatively trusted user as well as flagged user as he is a proven scammer.
