Hi all,

I am having some issues with Binance, I have tried to verify my account 5 times and its been rejected every time.
I am not sure what to do anymore ?
I've tried with the binance app, also on my computer... nothing seems to work

Did someone have the same issue here ?

The reason your account was not verified but decline could be the ID document used (I mean the ID card). Is it drivers license, voters card, national identity card or international passport. Make sure you have a valid ID card that support international verification (not only local purpose card). But I think it should work if you used a valid ID card.

Also, is your picture clear on the ID document and nothing about it is fading already.

After you use their link, try. Maybe there is no verification from the apps. You can contact their support link if necessary.

Have you been using different photos for ID, I remember doing verification for an exchange a while ago and it taking a few attempts even with clear photos to get accepted.

I'd also suggest contacting their support if it still doesn't work, and you might be able to give them your verification there instead.

I've never experienced anything like the one you're experiencing with Binance verification issues, for now, it's safe and under control for me.

The info above is the most accurate reason for not being verified, Binance verification team is very active and typically verified the user application within an hour as long as the document he submit is valid and clear.

Contact there live support via app or email them. There support is very responsive. You just need to wait for the queue list to clear but its not that long. AFAIK, They are sending an email about the reason for the rejection of KYC application maybe work on that.

What level of KYC are you trying to do? Is it personal KYC because that is the easy part. You only need to fill in your full name, address and some biodata. The intermediate level KYC requires a valid ID card, I do not know where you live but Nigerians had challenges verifying Binance accounts with NIN card until it was resolved recently. Binance verification require only valid ID that includes drivers license, passport, so maybe that could be one reason why your ID card is rejected. Another reason could be the data you used in registering the personal KYC is not same on your ID card.

Did you mean the basic verification level? There are only two verification on Binance now, there is no basic verification again, it is mandatory for all Binance users to complete intermidiate verification. It will also not be hard for the basic part to be successfully completed.

Last resort is to have them put you to manual review. Coinbase and other exchanges has this option where an actual human reviews your case. There is a chance binance has it as well.

I have the same issue always rejected not on Binance but on other exchanges the only problem is the image that I send to them.

I fixed the issue by using a better camera to take shots for ID and selfies or if you don't have a good camera try to use a brighter light or go take pictures outside of your house to get better shots. Focus on your ID usually, they need a better quality picture of your ID that all detail must be not blurry.

you have been delivering a document (mainly the proof of residence) that is invalid, because you have to deliver the proof of residence in your name
