As I wrote, if we meet an agreement, collateral will be held by a trusted escrow.

Your business will look legitimate if you find a trusted member who will escrow a good amount of money from you as a security that whatever collateral you will take from the clients you will return it after they repay you. If you go for no collateral loan then be aware about scammers. They will run away with your money. Deal only with trusted members in the community.

So I need to deposit some btc to escrow service provider ? How much that escrow  service provider  will charge

not exactly, borrower will send usdt to escrow provider, after confirmation you will funding borrower.

We can go with what Zazarb has mentioned. It's in best of both of our interest. You send usdt to escrow and I provide you with btc.

something that has real value and is easy for you to sell. most often these are some alt stablecoins, which the borrower does not want to sell.

I suggest you read all pinned posts in this ^{lending (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0)} section, before any entry into this business. also, few very successful lenders run the business here, you should not be ashamed to look at their threads and learn from them. they have already set some good terms, which are fixed by gaining experience.

If he wants then he can do a one time deal with an escrow provider too. Like escrow few thousand USD. Depending on the monthly or weekly volume he is trading with his borrowers. It's hard to calculate unless he runs the business for at least a few months to get a rough number.

But as you suggested, it's much easier when borrower send the collateral to the escrow and lender send the money to the borrowers. When borrowers pay back then escrow send back the collateral to the borrowers.
