What you ask is impossible!
You need to have a bank account in Portugal in order to have a card and activate MBWay.
No one can give you a card, to sign up for MBWay.

Se pediram para fazer pagamentos por MBWay, usando a opção "Levantamento no Multibanco", não o faça! É fraude! Essa opção só deve ser usada, quando você vai diretamente levantar dinheiro numa caixa de Multibanco.

Para fazer pagamentos por MBWay, para outras pessoas, basta usar a opção "Enviar Dinheiro" e indicar o numero de telemóvel da outra pessoa.

Estejam sempre atentos e se tiverem duvidas o melhor é não usar!
