My suggestion would be to put up this as a job offering, post a budget and decision to use an escrow or not in the "Services" section of this forum. Please make sure you take someone who values content and knows how to separate spammers from quality users, almost everyone in the list that the publicly available on this forum take pride in upholding high standards in quality posting. Dont go for any random newbie saying that they can do a lot, ask for prior experience, otherwise your team will risk recruiting a wannabe with no skills. DarkStar_, mprep and LoyceV are also at the top of the list, but I don't know if they still accept new bounty projects. Surely there are many respected bounty managers I missed, but I cannot mention them all here.
